TARGET GROUP: Persons at risk of poverty or social exclusion, which need to be activated in the first place, including those who are unemployed from the mouth. From the dn. 20.04.2004 the promotion of employment and labour market institutions has been defined as a third aid profile (for people profiled in PUPs). The recipients will be 100 % people with disabilities, i.e. persons with disabilities in the Act of 27.08.1997 on rehabilitation in the community and hiring people with disabilities (Dz. U. of 2011 No. 127, item. 721, as amended), including mental disorders in the Act of 19.08.1994 on the Protection of Mental Health (Dz. U. of 2011 No. 231, item. 1375 with late.).
