Tasks to be carried out in the field of: * social activation (determination of the path of reintegration, therapeutic and reintegration workshops, psychological counseling, specialist and psychotherapy), * educational activation (ICT training), *activation (determination of IPD, vocational training, internships and job mediation). Grupę docelową projektu stanowi 18 dorosłych osób fizycznych (min.10K), zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, które w 1-szej kolejności wymagają aktywizacji społecznej-będące os. korzystającymi ze świadczeń pomocy społecznej zg. z ustawą z 12.03.2004 r. o pomocy społ. lub kwalifikujące się do objęcia wsparciem pomocy tj. spełniające co najmniej jedną z przesłanek określonych w art.7 ww. ustawy, ponadto os. - biernymi zawodowo/bezrobotnymi niezarejestrowanymi w PUP/bezrobotnymi zarejestrowanymi- wyłącznie o III profilu, - zamieszkującymi na obszarze pow. m. Łódź, pow. łódzkiego wschodniego, pabianickiego i zgierskiego. Celem projektu jest: Reintegracja społeczno- zawodowa 18os (min.10K) z obszaru pow. m. Łódź, łódzkiego wschodniego, pabianickiego i zgierskiego, w wieku 18- 64l. i zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym tj. beneficjentów pomocy społ. lub os. kwalifikujących się do objęcia jej wsparciem poprzez realizację indywidualnej ścieżki reintegracji, w okresie 01.10.2018- 30.09.2019. Realizowane zadania w zakresie: * aktywizacji społecznej (wyznaczenie ścieżki reintegracji, warsztaty terapeutyczne i reintegracyjne, poradnictwo psychologiczne, specjalistyczne i psychoterapia), * aktywizacji edukacyjnej (szkolenie w zakresie TIK), * aktywizacji zawodowej (określenie IPD, szkolenia zawodowe, staże zawodowe i pośrednictwo pracy). Główne rezultaty: * min. 22% uczestników podejmie zatrudnienie na min. 3 miesiące (efektywność zatrudnieniowa), * min. 56% uczestników będzie poszukiwać pracy po zakończeniu projektu, * min. 70 % uczestników nabędzie kwalifikacje.
