The main objective of the project is to activate 100 people (50K and 50M) at risk of poverty or social exclusion from the Łódź Voivodeship (from powiats: M. Lodz, Eastern Łódź, Piotrków Tryb., Pyotrkowski, Pabianicki, Łęczycki, Zgierski) in the period 01.09.2018-31.08.2020. The target group is 100 learners/residents (compartment from the CC) to the abovementioned districts, at risk of poverty or social exclusion, according to the Guidelines for the implementation of projects in the area of social inclusion in the area of social inclusion and the fight against poverty. The preferred group is people experiencing multiple exclusions and benefiting from the Food Aid Opreation Programme. They will account for at least 60 % of participants. Cel główny projektu to aktywizacja społeczno-zawodowa 100 osób (50K i 50M) zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym z woj. łódzkiego (z powiatów: m. Łódź, łódzkiego wschodniego, m.Piotrków Tryb., piotrkowskiego, pabianickiego, łęczyckiego, zgierskiego) w okresie 01.09.2018 r. - 31.08.2020 r. Grupa docelowa to 100 osób uczących się/zamieszkałych(zg. z KC) na ww. powiatów, zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecz. zg. z Wytycznych w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć w obszarze włączenia społ. i zwalcz. ubóstwa z wykorzystaniem EFS i EFRR na 2014-20,kt.w pierwszej kolejności wymagają aktywizacji społecznej. Grupa preferowana to osoby doświadczające wielokrotnego wykluczenia społ. oraz korzystające z Programu Opreacyjnego Pomoc Żywnościowa. Stanowić one będą min.60% uczestników. Osoby poniżej 18 r. życia stanowić będą max. 25% grupy. Główne działania: opracowanie indywidualnego planu reintegracji, aktywizacja społeczna, mentoring, indywidualne poradnictwo, aktywizacja edukacyjna, szkolenia/kursy /egzaminy zawodowe, staże, zatrudnienie subsydiowane, pośrednictwo pracy.
