Niniejszy projekt przewiduje wsparcie wszystkich 201 uczniów (w tym K:93) Szkoły Podstawowej w Lubrzy, którzy już na początku swojej edukacji podlegają wielopłaszczyznowej dyskryminacji ze względu na ich miejsce zamieszkania. Gmina Lubrza (GL) to mała poPRG’owska miejscowość targana licznymi patologiami społecznymi (alkoholizm, bezrobocie) z ujemnym saldem migracyjnym oraz dużymi problemami budżetowymi (brak środków na programy edukacyjne, doszkalanie nauczycieli, zakup pomocy dydaktycznych etc.), które skutkują: słabej jakości edukacją na poziomie podstawowym; co też w żadnym stopniu nie jest winą naszych uczniów. Świadczą o tym m. in. FATALNE wyniki egzaminów zewnętrznych (więcej w pkt. 3.1). Stąd też mając na uwadze w/w Projektodawca widzi konieczność podjęcia pilnych działań zaradczych (niwelujących ogromne dysproporcje w jakości nauczania w naszej SP) opartych na nowoczesnych technologiach informacyjno komunikacyjnych. This project provides for support for all 201 pupils (including K:93) Elementary School in Lubra, who are already subject to multi-faceted discrimination on the basis of their place of residence at the beginning of their education. Lubrza commune (GL) is a small post-PRG town with numerous social pathologies (alcoholism, unemployment) with negative migration balance and large budgetary problems (no funds for educational programs, teacher training, purchase of teaching aid, etc.), which result in: poor quality education at primary level; which, in no way, is the fault of our disciples. This is evidenced by this, among others. Fatal results of external examinations (more in point. 3.1. Therefore, bearing in mind the above mentioned Projector sees the need to take urgent remedial actions (removing huge disparities in the quality of teaching in our SP) based on modern information communication technologies.
