Cel: Reintegracja społ. i zawodowa 16os. (min. 9K) zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ., które w pierwszej kolejności wymagają aktywizacji społ., korzystających ze świadczeń pomocy społ. lub kwalifik. się do objęcia wsparciem pomocy społ. z gmin słabo zaludnionych pow. pabianickiego, łódzkiego wsch., zgierskiego, brzezińskiego oraz łęczyckiego poprzez realiz. w okresie 01.05.2019-03.2020 indywidualnej ścieżki reintegracji obejmującej program aktywiz. społ.-zawodowej. Grupa docelowa: 16 os.
