The aim of the project is to develop with the participation of the local community the Local Development Strategy, which will be adopted by the Local Association of Action Group “Grudziądzki Spichlerz” and presented in the competition for the selection of LSR announced by the Board of Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship on the basis of Article 6 of the Law on the local development of local development with the participation of local communities on 20 February 2015. The implementation of the project is justified due to the fact that the development and implementation of LSR on the area of Georgian Voivodeship in particular will be the increase of local populations of the local population of the region of the Republic of Poland. A number of actions are planned to ensure broad participation of the local community in the preparation of the LSR participatory method (functioning of the Consultation Office, organisation of three consultation meetings in the framework of networking for the preparation and implementation of LSR, effective promotion and information campaign on the idea of RLKS and LSR). The applicant shall ensure for the implementation of the project highly qualified staff and the implementation of all activities in accordance with the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for persons with disabilities and the principle of equal opportunities for women and men. Celem projektu jest opracowanie przy udziale lokalnej społeczności Lokalnej Strategii Rozwoju, która zostanie przyjęta przez Stowarzyszenie Lokalna Grupa Działania „Grudziądzki Spichlerz” oraz przedstawiona w konkursie na wybór LSR ogłoszonym przez Zarząd Województwa Kujawsko-Pomorskiego na podstawie art. 6 Ustawy o rozwoju lokalnym z udziałem lokalnej społeczności z dnia 20 lutego 2015 r. Realizacja projektu jest zasadna z uwagi na to, że opracowanie a następnie realizacja LSR na obszarze miasta Grudziądza pozwoli na wzrost aktywizacji społeczno-zawodowej jego mieszkańców (w tym w szczególności osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym), co możliwe będzie przy wykorzystaniu wsparcia (m.in. dotyczącego wdrażania rozwiązań z obszaru aktywnej integracji o charakterze środowiskowym) oferowanego w ramach Działania 11.1 Włączenie społeczne na obszarach objętych LSR Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego Województwa Kujawsko-Pomorskiego na lata 2014-2020 i stanowi szansę na złagodzenie zdiagnozowanych problemów społeczno-gospodarczych miasta. Planowana jest realizacja szeregu działań, które zapewnią szeroki udział lokalnej społeczności w opracowaniu LSR metodą partycypacyjną (funkcjonowanie Biura konsultacji, organizacja trzech spotkań konsultacyjnych w ramach tworzenia sieci kontaktów w celu przygotowania i wdrożenia LSR, efektywna akcja promocyjno-informacyjna dot. idei RLKS oraz LSR). Wnioskodawca zapewni do realizacji projektu personel o wysokich kwalifikacjach oraz realizację wszystkich działań zgodnie z zasadą równości szans i niedyskryminacji, w tym dostępności dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami oraz zasadą równości szans kobiet i mężczyzn.
