The aim of the project is to acquire, increase or supplement ICT competences and qualifications by 6030 adults from the area of Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodship.The project is addressed to people from disadvantaged groups on the labour market i.e. who have the biggest competence gap in ICT and who have the most needs in accessing education: low-skilled people, people with disabilities, people over 50 years of age (excluding those doing business).As a result of the project activities, 6030 adults aged 25-67 years will be supported, who, on their own initiative, choose to acquire, increase or supplement their competences or qualifications, including 3618 low-skilled people and 2352 people aged 50 and over.The specificity and wide variety of training in the field of digital competences means that at the beginning of participation in the project potential participants will be subjected to diagnosis. The project will include trainings and courses aimed at acquiring new qualifications as well as complementary and enhancing digital competences. All activities will comply with the Standard Requirements for Digital Competences and will be an opportunity to obtain a certificate confirming the award of new qualifications. The project covers all the framework competences indicated under the Standard Requirements (Annex to the Competition Regulations) in the areas of Information, Communication, Creation of content at any level of advancement.The project will be implemented in the period from 01.01.2018 to 30.06.2023. Celem projektu jest nabycie, podniesienie lub uzupełnienie kompetencji i kwalifikacji z zakresu ICT, przez 6030 osób dorosłych z obszaru województwa kujawsko-pomorskiego.Projekt skierowany jest do osób z grup defaworyzowanych na rynku pracy czyli wykazujących największą lukę kompetencyjną w zakresie TIK i posiadających największe potrzeby w dostępie do edukacji: osób o niskich kwalifikacjach, osób z niepełnosprawnościami, osób powyżej 50 roku życia (z wyłączeniem osób prowadzących działalność gospodarczą).W efekcie działań projektowych wsparciem zostanie objętych 6030 osób dorosłych w wieku 25-67 lat, które z własnej inicjatywy zdecydują się nabyć, podnieść lub uzupełniać posiadane kompetencje lub kwalifikacje, w tym 3618 osób o niskich kwalifikacjach oraz 2352 osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej.Specyfika i ogromna różnorodność szkoleń w obszarze kompetencji cyfrowych sprawia, iż na początku udziału w projekcie potencjalni uczestnicy zostaną poddani diagnozie potrzeb rozwojowych w celu zakwalifikowania ich do określonego zakresu wsparcia (określenia zapotrzebowania na dane kompetencje/kwalifikacje). W ramach projektu realizowane będą zarówno szkolenia i kursy mające na celu nabycie nowych kwalifikacji jak również uzupełniające i podnoszące kompetencje cyfrowe. Wszelkie działania będą zgodne ze Standardem wymagań dla kompetencji cyfrowych, a także będą szansą na uzyskanie certyfikatu potwierdzającego nadanie nowych kwalifikacji. Projekt obejmuje wszystkie kompetencje ramowe wskazane w ramach Standardu wymagań (załącznik do Regulaminu konkursu) w obszarach Informacja, Komunikacja, Tworzenie treści na dowolnym poziomie zaawansowania.Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie od 01.01.2018 do 30.06.2023.
