Professional improvement, Technical School in Kołaczków, Technical School in Mrocza, School of Technology in Aleksandrów Kujawski, Technical School in Chełmno. The internships will be organised from July 2019 to August 2021. 258 internships are planned in the following industries: computer, logistics, transport. The internships will be carried out during the summer and weekend months (Saturday, Sunday). Participants will have the opportunity to choose the time during which they will be internship, assuming that the duration of each traineeship will be 150 h. For the completed internship, pupils will be entitled to an internship scholarship paid after the full internship period has been completed. The main objective of the project is to provide 258 students/students with vocational schools the opportunity to acquire, acquire, upgrade or complement practical skills and strengthen their employability. BYDGOSKI ZAKŁAD DOSKONALENIA ZAWODOWEGO STOWARZYSZENIE OŚWIATOWO-TECHNICZNE

Działania projektu zakładają objęcie 258 UP (131K i 127M) wysokiej jakości stażami zawodowymi podwyższającymi i uzupełniającymi umiejętności praktyczne. Staże zorg. zostaną w rozwijających się, innowacyjnych i nowoczesnych firmach mających swoją siedzibę na terenie województwa kuj.-pom. Uczestnikami projektu będą uczniowie techników kształcenia zawodowego - 5 szkół : Zespół Szkół Bydgoskiego Zakł. Doskonalenia Zawodowego, Szkoła Techniczna w Kołaczkowie, Szkoła Techniczna w Mroczy, Szkoła Techniczna w Aleksandrowie Kujawskim, Szkoła Techniczna w Chełmnie. Staże organizowane będą w okresie od lipca 2019 roku do sierpnia 2021 roku. Planuje się 258 staży w branżach: informatyczna, logistyczna, transportowa. Staże realizowane będą w miesiącach letnich jak i weekendowo (sobota, niedziela). Uczestnicy będą mieli możliwość wyboru czasu, w jakim odbędą staż z założeniem, że czas trwania każdego ze stażu wynosić będzie 150 h. Z tytułu odbytego stażu uczniom przysługiwać będzie stypendium stażowe wypłacane po przepracowaniu pełnego okresu stażu. Głównym celem projektu jest stworzenie 258 uczniom/uczennicom szkół zawodowych możliwości zdobycia doświadczenia zawodowego, nabycia, podniesienia lub uzupełnienia umiejętności praktycznych oraz wzmocnienia im zdolności do zatrudnienia. Główne wskaźniki rezultatu: 258 uczniów/uczennic, którzy podnieśli, nabyli lub uzupełnili umiejętności praktyczne po opuszczeniu programu.Główne wskaźniki produktu: 258 uczniów/uczennic szkół i placówek kształcenia zawodowego, którzy zostali objęci wsparciem w programie, 258 uczniów/uczennic szkół i placówek kształcenia zawodowego uczestnczących w stażach/praktykach u pracodawcy; Główne zadania, które zostaną zrealizowane to: organizacja wysokiej jakości staży zawodowych podwyższających i uzupełniających umiejętności praktyczne 258 uczniówWydatki kwalifikowane: 833.662,50 zł.Wnioskowane dofinansowanie: 750.296,25 zł.
