After a diagnosis in the Lubuskie voivodship of the social situation, taking into account the proposed social employment, new opportunities for support based on the concept of active social policy, CIS is an important link between the social assistance system and the labour market and provides access to comprehensive services for those at risk of social exclusion and poverty. It is important for existing CIS to be based on a uniform and sufficiently high standard, so that participants, following an effective path of reintegration, return to the labour market as long as possible. The desired effect for the participant is to take up a job with an employer, a department of economy. on a self-employed basis or joint actions m. and. within a social cooperative. The project assumes the inclusion of social reintegration.- incl. 605 people (360 K 245 M)(210 project participants/UPs and 395 people from the nearest environment). The main objective of the project will be achieved by improving access to standardised reintegrac services in the 7 CIS of Lubuskie voivodship during the duration of the project, i.e. It’s 20 months. Po przeprowadzonej w woj. lubuskim diagnozy sytuacji społ.- ekonomicznej z uwzględnieniem proponowanych, z godnie z Ust.o zatrudnieniu socjalnym, nowych możliwości wsparcia, opartych na koncepcji aktywnej polityki społ., wynika, że CIS stanowi istotne ogniwo pomiędzy systemem pomocy społecznej a rynkiem pracy, a także zapewnia dostęp do kompleksowych usług osobom zagrożonym wykluczeniem społecznym i ubóstwem. Istotne jest, aby istniejące CIS opierały się na jednolitym i odpowiednio wysokim standardzie, by uczestnicy po przejściu skutecznej ścieżki reintegracji powrócili na rynek pracy i utrzymali się na nim możliwie najdłużej. Pożądanym efektem dla uczestnika jest podjęcie pracy u pracodawcy, dział. gospodar. na własny rachunek lub wspólne działania m. i. w ramach spółdzielni socjalnej. Projekt zakłada objęcie reintegracją społ.- zaw. 605 os.( 360 K 245 M)( 210 uczestników projektu /UP oraz 395 osoby z najbliższego otoczenia).
