The main objective of the project is to: Increase the occupational, social and educational activity of 50 (30K/20M) people aged 15 to 64, at risk of poverty or social exclusion due to long-term unemployment, disability, disability due to age or origin from families at risk of social exclusion from rural areas of Lubuskie voivodship in the period from 01.09.2016 to 31.01.2019 based on a path of reintegration, created individually for each person. At least 50 % of participants of the project will be persons with III profile of PUP assistance and persons with disabilities. Each UP will be covered by individual psychological counseling, professional advice, social competence courses, vocational courses, traineeships and employment – the cooperation will be selected within the framework of individual paths of social and employment reintegration. Celem głównym projektu jest: Zwiększenie aktywności zawodowej, społecznej i edukacyjnej 50 (30K/20M) osób w wieku od 15 do 64 roku życia, zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym z powodu długotrwałego bezrobocia,niepełnosprawności, niesamodzielności ze względu na wiek lub powodu pochodzenia z rodzin zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym z obszarów wiejskich województwa lubuskiego w okresie od 01.09.2016 do 31.01.2019 w oparciu o ścieżkę reintegracji, stworzoną indywidualnie dla każdej osoby. Minimum 50% uczestników projektu będą stanowiły osoby o IIIprofilu pomocy PUP i osoby niepełnosprawne. Każdy UP zostanie objęty indywidualnym poradnictwem psychologicznym, doradztwem zawodowym, kursami kompetencji społecznych, kursami zawodowymi, stażami i pośrednictwem pracy - wspracie zostanie dobrane w ramach indywidualnych ścieżek reintegracji społrczno-zatrudnieniowej. Zakładamy, że w ramach projektu zostanie osiągniety wskaźnik efektywności społeczno-zatrudnieniowej na poziomie minimum 56% (min. 29 osób), w tym wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie 22%.
