The aim of the project is to activate the activity of individuals at the age of 30 and above, which aims to boost the ability to take up poison among this age group. We want to increase the ability to poison. among people in particular the situation on the labour market i.e. women, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed and low-skilled people living in the shooting- drezdenecki district. The project assumes employment by at least 42 % of participants in the project located in the most difficult situation on the labour market i.e. women, persons with part-time, long. unemployment, pers. 50 years of age and people with low quack. The project will support unemployed persons aged 30 and over living in the shooting district Drezdenecki who are in the II aid profile. Each participant will start a haircut in the project from a conversation with professional doctor in order to establish professional predispositions. This will help to adjust the form of activation to a given project participant. The target group consists of persons at PUP in SK as unemployed in II p. pom. i.e.: — persons over 50 years of age, – women, – persons with disabilities, – long-term unemployed, – low-skilled people. Celem projektu jest aktywizacja zawo. os. w wieku 30 lat i więcej, która ma na celu podnie. zdolności do podjęcia zatru. wśród tej grupy wiekowej. Chcemy podnieść zdolność do zatru. wśród osób w szczeg. sytuacji na rynku pracy tj. kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne i osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach zamieszkujących powiat strzelecko- drezdenecki. Projekt zakłada uzyskanie zatrudnienia przez co najmniej 42% uczestników projektu znajdujących się w najtrudni. sytuacji na rynku pracy tj. kobiety, os. z niepełno., os. długo. bezrob., os. pow. 50 roku życia i os. o niskich kwal. W ramach projektu wsparciem zostaną objęte osoby bezrobotne w wieku 30 lat i więcej zamieszkujące powiat strzelecko- drezdenecki będące w II profilu pomocy. Każdy uczestnik rozpocznie uczes. w projekcie od rozmowy z dor. zawodowym w celu ustalenia predyspozycji zawodowych. Pomoże to w dostosowaniu formy aktywizacji do danego uczestnika projektu.
