Research has led to the development of three new innovative health-promoting products and a change in the production process. New innovative products include: — biscuit based on crude flour, – biscuit based on oat flour, – biscuit based on rye flour type 720. The investment will be carried out in the period of May-November 2018. The total value of the investment will amount to PLN 7.75 million net. As part of the project, we plan to purchase three new fixed assets, i.e.: — purchase of baking oven – 1 set, – purchase of the dough resting and cooling system – 1 set, – purchase of a dough-making team – 1 set. The devices will enable the production of new innovative products to be started in accordance with the developed technology. Implementing the results of our own research will allow us to diversify our offer and increase the competitiveness of the company. (English)

    Projekt polega na wdrożeniu do produkcji wyników własnych prac badawczych pt. Pieczywo biszkoptowe i sposób jego wytwarzania". Prace badawcze pozwoliły na opracowanie trzech nowych innowacyjnych produktów prozdrowotnych oraz zmianę procesu produkcyjnego. Nowe innowacyjne produkty to: - biszkopt na bazie mąki jaglanej, - biszkopt na bazie mąki owsianej, - biszkopt na bazie mąki żytniej typu 720. Inwestycja będzie realizowana w okresie maj-listopad 2018 roku. Łączna wartość inwestycji wyniesie 7,75 mln zł netto. W ramach projektu planujemy zakup trzech nowych środków trwałych tj.: - zakup pieca do wypieków – 1 komplet, - zakup systemu spoczynku i chłodzenia ciasta – 1 komplet, - zakup zespołu zarabiania ciasta – 1 komplet. Urządzenia pozwolą na uruchomienie produkcji nowych innowacyjnych produktów zgodnie z opracowaną technologią. Wdrożenie do produkcji wyników własnych prac badawczych pozwoli nam na dywersyfikację nasze j oferty i podniesienie konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstwa. (Polish)
