The project includes the implementation of the extension of the Voivodeship No. 137 in Trzemeszno Lubuskie, which will include a new bituminous surface and the construction of rain drainage., construction/reconstruction of pavements, construction/reconstruction of bus bays, reconstruction of ailment for pedestrians, redevelopment of the car parking lot in front of the sacral object. The project’s overarching objective is to improve the external and internal transport accessibility of the region in road traffic and to improve access to motorways and expressways by increasing the standard and quality of the road network of the voivodship and BRD. The implementation of the project will contribute to strengthening the coherence of the Polish transport network with the transport systems of the EU countries, ensuring the economic and spatial cohesion of the country and individual regions with the European space. As a result of the expansion of Voivodship 137, the following objectives are planned: • facilitated access to the main routes of transport., especially the A2 motorway and the S3 express road • very good state of the road, reducing excessive fuel consumption, noise and exhaust emissions, • safe width of the road contributing to increasing the access of the participants of the traffic, • regulated landsides, increasing the safety of the participants of the traffic, • the corresponding cross-sectional reductions and equality in the cross and longitudinal direction – increase of absence and comfort of driving and improving the conditions of watering. Przedsięwzięcie obejmuje wykonanie rozbudowy drogi woj. nr 137 w m. Trzemeszno Lubuskie, w ramach której będzie wykonana nowa nawierzchnia bitumiczna oraz budowa kanalizacji deszcz.,budowa/przebudowa chodników, budowa/przebudowa zatok autobusowych,przebudowa azyli dla pieszych, przebudowa parkingu dla samochodów osobowych przed obiektem sakralnym. Drogi woj.nr 137 rozbudowana zostanie na długości 2,38 km.Celem nadrzędnym projektu jest poprawiona zewnętrzna i wewnętrzna dostępność transportowa regionu w ruchu drogowym oraz poprawa dostępności do autostrad i dróg ekspresowych poprzez zwiększenie standardu i jakości sieci dróg woj. oraz BRD. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do wzmocnienia spójności polskiej sieci transportowej z systemami transport. krajów UE, zapewnienie gospodarczej i przestrzennej spójności kraju i poszczególnych regionów z przestrzenią europejską. W wyniku rozbudowy drogi woj. nr 137 planuje się osiągnięcie następujących celów: • ułatwiona dostępność do głównych szlaków komunik., zwłaszcza autostrady A2 oraz drogi ekspresowej S3, • bardzo dobry stan techn. drogi, redukujący nadmierne zużycie paliwa, hałas i emisję spalin, • bezpieczna szerokość jezdni przyczyniająca się do zwiększenia bezp. uczestników ruchu, • uregulowane pobocza gruntowe podnoszące bezpieczeństwo uczestników ruchu, • odpowiednie spadki poprzeczne i równości w kierunku poprzecznym i podłużnym - zwiększenie bezp. i komfortu jazdy oraz poprawa warunków odwodnienia, • zwiększenie atrakcyjności inwestyc. oraz aktywizacji gospodarczej regionu, • ułatwiony dostęp komunik. do podstrefy Kostrzyńsko-Słubickiej Specjalnej Strefy Ekonomicznej w m. Sulęcin, • wzrost mobilności mieszkańców, • ułatwiony przejazd przez miejscowości w ciągu drogi woj. nr 137 – uregulowana szerokość jezdni oraz uregulowane i utwardzone pobocza – skrócenie czasu przejazdu.
