The project consists of developing a new business model based on the Business Model Canvas and/or Lean Canvas methodology in relation to exports of the company’s products and entities with which to cooperate on the market. The additional actions foreseen in the project will also include: develop design concepts for product, packaging and trademark and develop an optimal financing concept. The above actions are necessary in order to appropriately select the applicant’s entry strategy to the specific target markets, which are the future direction of exports of their products/services, giving the best possible export effects, i.e. the highest demand and the highest possible sales revenue compared to the lowest possible cost. The support allocated to the project will increase the international expansion of enterprises, which will contribute to the growth of EVOKAII CLOTHING’s foreign trade turnover. Projekt polega na opracowaniu nowego modelu biznesowego w oparciu o metodologię Business Model Canvas i/lub Lean Canvas w odniesieniu się do eksportu produktów firmy oraz podmiotów, z którymi można podjąć współpracę na rynku. Dodatkowymi działaniami przewidzianymi w projekcie będą także: stworzenie koncepcji wzornictwa w zakresie produktu, opakowania i znaku firmowego oraz opracowanie optymalnej koncepcji finansowania. Powyższe działania są niezbędne celem odpowiedniego dobrania strategii wejścia Wnioskodawcy na dane rynki docelowe będące przyszłym kierunkiem eksportu jego produktów/usług, dających jak najlepsze efekty eksportu, czyli jak najwyższy popyt, jak i jak najwyższe przychody ze sprzedaży w stosunku do możliwie najniższych do poniesienia kosztów. Wsparcie przeznaczone na realizację projektu wpłynie na zwiększanie międzynarodowej ekspansji przedsiębiorstw, która przyczyni się do wzrostu obrotów przedsiębiorstwa EVOKAII CLOTHING w handlu zagranicznym.
