    Projekt będzie polegał na przygotowaniu nowego modelu biznesowego zmierzającego do internacjonalizacji sprzedaży produktów firmy Karoń. Usługa zawierać będzie: - określenie, badanie oraz analiza pozycji konkurencyjnej wnioskodawcy na rynkach docelowych; - strategia wejścia na rynki globalne (w tym dostosowanie produktów); - określenie wymagań formalnych stawianych przez rynki docelowe; - opis produktów przedsiębiorstwa oraz jego aktualnej pozycji na rynku międzynarodowym; - przygotowanie i rozwój strategii internacjonalizacji, celów określenie strategicznych; - wyszukiwanie i dobór partnerów na rynkach docelowych; - koncepcje otwierania nowych kanałów biznesowych; - plany dywersyfikacji geograficznej i sektorowej, - propozycje sposobów komunikacji oraz promocji na danym rynku, - opracowanie strategii finansowania eksportu i koncepcji wizerunku firmy, - wstępny harmonogram wdrażania strategii biznesowe.
