The project is addressed to 66 people (36K and 30M) people at risk of dismissal, provided for dismissal or dismissed for reasons which do not concern the employee within a period not longer than 6 months before the date of accession to the Łódź Voivodeship project. In the project will be implemented? 2 paths: 1. “self-employment and entrepreneurship” which is intended to lead to the establishment and running of DGs for at least 12 months for at least 26 people; 2. “work and current qualifications” which is intended to lead to the updating/acquisition of qualifications that are in line with the job market sought and for which there is demand from employers and finding a new job or maintaining a job. Key results of the project: 1. the creation by 26 participants of the DG 2 project. update/acquisition of new professional qualifications by 40 UP through courses or postgraduate studies. The project will be attended by people from groups experiencing the greatest difficulties in maintaining and searching for a job: people over the age of 54 years of age, low-skilled people, ON, women who will represent min. 50 % of the target group. The project will be carried out on the territory of the whole voivodship. The employment efficiency period was set at the required level of 60 %. The project is implemented in accordance with the principle of opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for people with disabilities and the principle of women’s and men’s opportunities. The project includes a comprehensive set of actions tailored to the individual needs of project participants, an obligatory element is professional advice combined with the preparation of the IPD, in addition to it, at least 2 other forms of support are planned. For people from the grant path-training and advisory support, grant, bridge support; for other persons, vocational training and counseling in the form of psychological counseling or jobcoaching (English)

    Projekt jest skierowany do 66 oso´b (36K i 30M) os. zagrożonych zwolnieniem, przewidzianych do zwolnienia lub zwolnionych z przyczyn niedotyczących pracownika w okresie nie dłuższym niż 6 miesięcy przed dniem przystąpienia do projektu z woj. łódzkiego. W projekcie realizowane be?da? 2 s´ciez˙ki: 1. "samozatrudnienie i przedsiębiorczość" kto´ra ma prowadzić do założenia i prowadzenia DG przez min. 12 m-cy przez min. 26 oso´b; 2. "praca i aktualne kwalifikacje", kto´ra ma prowadzić do aktualizacji/zdobycia kwalifikacji zgodnych z poszukiwanymi na rynku pracy i na kto´re istnieje popyt ze strony pracodawco´w oraz znalezienie nowego miejsca pracy lub utrzymanie miejsca pracy. Najważniejsze rezultaty projektu: 1. utworzenie przez 26 uczestników projektu DG 2. aktualizacja/ zdobycie nowych kwalifikacji zawodowych przez 40 UP poprzez kursy lub studia podyplomowe.
