The project concerns the thermomodernisation of the rural common room building in the Poznańskie Estate, which includes: 1) Thermomodernisation (qualification) 2) other robots (non-qualified). Expenditures: 2 463 887,47 PLN requested DOF. 980 877,65 PLN. The aim of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of the public utility building of the municipality of Deszczno and to reduce emissions of pollutants entering the air in the Deszczno commune and its surroundings by improving thermal insulation and reducing the energy demand of the rural common room building in the Poznań Roboty Estate: warming of foundations, walls and roofs, replacement of window and door carpentry, mechanical ventilation, modernisation of CO and CWU installations and modernisation of lighting. The planned scope of work will reduce the energy demand of the facility by 68.14 %. The applicant shall have complete technical documentation, energy audit, feasibility study, necessary opinions, permits and arrangements, PGN. The applicant shall also have the resources and experience to carry out the project. The scope of the project does not qualify it for an EIA obligation. The project does not affect Natura 2000 sites, ornithological expertise indicates that the scope will not affect the habitats of birds and bats. The project will have a positive impact on the implementation of horizontal policies. Responds to the needs of target groups and will remain sustainable for a minimum period of 5 years after completion in accordance with Council Regulation No 1303. The project is consistent with strategic documents, municipal PGN and ZIT GW strategy. The project meets the criteria for access, substantive and specific priority axis III of ROP. The following indicators will be achieved through the implementation of the project: — Number of energy-upgraded buildings – 1 pieces. — Number of modernised heat sources – 1 pcs. — Reduction of annual primary energy consumption in public buildings (CI 32) – 287450 kWh/year – Estimated annual reduction in greenhouse gas emissions (CI 34) – 80[...] (English) | |||||||||||||||
