The diagnosed problems and needs result in the project’s objectives. Przedmiotem projektu jest termomodernizacja wraz ze zmianą sposobu użytkowania budynków oświatowych położonych w Grążawach na budynki służące realizacji usług opiekuńczych, jak również specjalistycznych usług opiekuńczych dla osób starszych – Dzienny Dom (SENIOR WIGOR). Beneficjentem projektu jest Gmina Bartniczka. Powstały Dom będzie pierwszą tego typu placówką w gminie. Zakres projektu obejmuje: Prace przygotowawcze, budowlane, zakup wyposażenia i promocję. Rozpoczęcie jego realizacji nastąpiło we 09.2016r., a zakończenie planuje się na 06.2017r. Całkowity koszt brutto inwestycji wynosi 1.064.720,47 zł Główne problemy, odpowiedzią na które ma być przedmiotowy projekt to: - Starzenie się społeczeństwa - Niskie dochody ludności - Duże uzależnienie od korzystania z pomocy społecznej - Brak umiejętności odnalezienia się seniorów w nowej sytuacji po przejściu w stan spoczynku - Brak infrastruktury sprzyjającej integracji i współpracy seniorów i osób niesamodzielnych - Uboga oferta kulturalna, edukacyjna, sportowo – rekreacyjna, itp. - Usługi medyczne ograniczone do minimum, brak specjalistyki w miejscu zamieszkania - Niewystarczająca oferta w zakresie rozwoju usług opiekuńczych. Ze zdiagnozowanych problemów i potrzeb wynikają cele realizacji projektu. Głównym celem jest zwiększenie dostępu do usług społecznych w Gminie Bartniczka poprzez zapewnienie wsparcia osobom niesamodzielnym, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem osób w wieku 60+ w korzystaniu z oferty na rzecz aktywizacji społecznej, w tym prozdrowotnej, edukacyjnej, kulturalnej, rekreacyjnej i opiekuńczej.
