The direct objective of the project is to organise water and sewage management by increasing the level of equipment of the Municipality of Lubochnia in sanitary sewage system, reconstruction of sewage treatment plant consisting of the construction of a sediment dryer and superstructure and reconstruction of water treatment stations. The result of the project will be to improve the access of residents of Lubochnia to the collective sanitary sewage system, which will reduce uncontrolled discharge of household and economic sewage from non-scanised towns. In addition, the built sediment drying plant will allow them to be reused, including agricultural ones, which will promote rational management of sewage sludge. The indirect objective of the project is to improve the environment by increasing the number of people benefiting from improved waste water treatment. The implementation of the project will contribute to ensuring an effective and efficient sewage discharge and treatment system, which will help to improve the efficiency of the use of natural resources, including areas covered by legal protection. Thanks to the development of water and sewage management, the quality and standard of living of the inhabitants of Lubochnia will be improved. The tasks planned in the project concern the construction of sanitary sewage systems, the reconstruction of the sewage treatment plant through the construction of a sediment dryer and the superstructure and reconstruction of water treatment stations. The project will result in: 1 units of reconstructed municipal waste water treatment plant, 7.48 km of built sanitary sewage system, 3.99 km of built sanitary sewage system (ineligible expenditure), 1 units of reconstructed water treatment station, 414 people using improved sewage treatment and 414 people using improved water supply, increase in capacity of reconstructed sewage treatment plant – 27.62 m³/d. Design in line with the concept of universal design. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Zadania zaplanowane w projekcie dotyczą budowy kanalizacji sanitarnej, przebudowy oczyszczalni ścieków poprzez budowę suszarni osadu oraz nadbudowy i przebudowy stacji uzdatniania wody. Efektem realizacji projektu będzie: 1 szt. przebudowanej oczyszczalni ścieków komunalnych, 7,48 km wybudowanej kanalizacji sanitarnej, 3,99 km wybudowanej kanalizacji sanitarnej (wydatek niekwalifikowalny), 1 szt. przebudowanej stacji uzdatniania wody, 414 osób korzystających z ulepszonego oczyszczania ścieków oraz 414 osób korzystających z ulepszonego zaopatrzenia w wodę, przyrost przepustowości przebudowanej oczyszczalni ścieków – 27,62 m3/d. Grupą docelową są mieszkańcy gminy Lubochnia. Projekt zgodny z koncepcją projektowania uniwersalnego. (Polish)
