The subject of the investment project is the implementation and launch of a comprehensive Spatial Information System for the state geodetic and cartographic resource in Zielona Góra District. The resource data will be made available electronically in the form of new e-services to a high degree of maturity, providing access to data for 24 hours within 7 days a week at any location. All new applications will be available on the portal, placed in appropriate tabs dedicated to particular groups of recipients and assortments. The project will result in universal online access to public information for citizens and other interested parties, which will enable public administration matters to be handled interactively through ICT systems. The implementation of the project will enable efficient functioning of the PODGiK, including simplifying the handling of official matters, accelerating the circulation of documents, shortening the time of service of the interested party, which will be significant for the Centre and the recipient itself. Thanks to the interoperability, the system will allow to display data from other services, e.g. www.geoportal.gov.pl, through WMS services or other services provided by industry institutions (forests, parks, environmental protection). New e-services are aimed at a wide range of recipients, mainly to individual users, citizens, designers, geodetic contractors, entrepreneurs, natural and legal persons. Main tasks in the implementation of the project: 1. digitisation of the state geodetic and cartographic resource – implemented since the third quarter. 2017 to III sq. 2018 – necessary for carrying out, as without digitisation of the resource it will not be possible to implement other e-services, 2. purchase and implementation of the spatial information system, 3. purchase of fixed assets necessary to extend services and digitise resources, 4. care for correct implementation by engineering supervision, 5. promotion. Przedmiotem projektu inwestycyjnego jest wdrożenie i uruchomienie kompleksowego Systemu Informacji Przestrzennej dla państwowego zasobu geodezyjnego i kartograficznego w Powiecie Zielonogórskim. Dane zasobu zostaną udostępnione w formie elektronicznej w postaci nowych e-usług w wysokim stopniu dojrzałości, zapewniających dostęp do danych przez 24 godziny w ciągu 7 dni w tygodniu w każdym miejscu. Wszystkie nowe aplikacje będą dostępne na portalu, umieszczone w odpowiednich zakładkach dedykowanych poszczególnym grupom odbiorców i asortymentów. Efektem realizacji projektu będzie powszechny dostęp on-line do informacji publicznej dla obywateli i innych zainteresowanych, co umożliwi załatwianie spraw z zakresu administracji publicznej w sposób interaktywny, za pośrednictwem systemów teleinformatycznych. Realizacja projektu umożliwi sprawne funkcjonowanie PODGiK, w tym uproszczenie załatwiania spraw urzędowych, przyspieszenie obiegu dokumentów, skrócenie czasu obsługi interesanta, co będzie znaczące dla Ośrodka i samego odbiorcy. Dzięki spełnieniu interoperacyjności system umożliwi wyświetlanie danych z innych serwisów np. www.geoportal.gov.pl, poprzez usługi WMS czy innych udostępnionych przez instytucje branżowe (lasy, parki, ochrona środowiska). Nowe e- usługi skierowane są do szerokiej grupy odbiorców, głównie do użytkowników indywidualnych, obywateli, projektantów, wykonawców prac geodezyjnych, przedsiębiorców, osób fizycznych i prawnych. Główne zadania w realizacji projektu: 1. digitalizacja państwowego zasobu geodezyjnego i kartograficznego - realizowana od III kw. 2017 r. do III kw. 2018 r. - niezbędne do przeprowadzenia, gdyż bez digitalizacji zasobu nie będzie możliwe wdrożenie innych e-usług, 2. zakup i wdrożenie systemu informacji przestrzennej, 3. zakup środków trwałych niezbędnych do rozszerzenia usług i digitalizacji zasobów, 4. dbałość o poprawność realizacji przez nadzór inżynierski, 5. promocja.
