Celem projektu jest zwiększenie zastosowania innowacji w Firmie Malwa Tea Wojciech Fabisiak w oparciu o wdrożenie nowej technologii zastosowanej w planowanych do zakupu 2 liniach produkcyjnych do konfekcjonowania mieszanek. W wyniku zakupu nowych linii prod. i zastosowania nowych technologii zostanie wprowadzonych na rynek 6 nowych produktów. Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup 2 linii prod.: 1.Linia produkcyjna do konfekcjonowania suszu owocowego pod postacią herbatek owocowych. 2.Linia produkcyjna do konfekcjonowania ziół pod postacią herbatek ziołowych. Nowe linie produkcyjne do produkcji mieszanek owocowych i ziołowych umożliwią wytwarzanie nowych, w stosunku do dotychczas wytwarzanych produktów w formie herbat. Nowe produkty charakteryzować się będą brakiem elementów metalowych,kleju oraz folii. Zakres rzeczowy i sposób wdrożenia polega na: 1.Wprowadzeniu innowacji w sposobie zamykania torebki oraz mocowania sznureczka i przywieszki przy pomocy systemu wiązania. 2.Zastosowaniu wideokamery w procesie kontroli procesu produkcyjnego. 3.Wprowadzeniu automatycznego wycinania w procesie produkcji przywieszki. 4.Wprowadzeniu innowacji w postaci automatycznej kartoniarki, 5.Wprowadzeniu innowacyjnego systemu automatycznego zaklejania kartoników, 6.Wyeliminowanie z procesu produkcyjnego folii. Najważniejsze etapy 1.Określenie zakresu rzeczowego realizacji na podstawie badania rynku poprzez konsultacje z największymi odbiorcami w Europie i USA. 2.Skierowanie zapytań do wiodących producentów maszyn określające: oczekiwania odbiorców – możliwości techniczne – warunki cenowe. 3.Procedura przetargowa. 4.Realizacja rzeczowa zgodnie z harmonogramem. 5.Utrzymanie wskaźników projektu.[...] (Polish)

The subject of the project is the purchase of 2 lines: 1.Production line for the preparation of dried fruit in the form of fruit teas. 2.Production line for herbs in the form of herbal teas. New production lines for the production of fruit and herbal mixtures will allow the production of new products in the form of teas. The new products will be characterised by a lack of metal elements, glue and foil. The material scope and the way in which it is implemented shall consist of: 1. Introduce innovations in the manner of closing the bag and fastening the string and tag using the binding system. 2.Application of the video camera in the process of control of the production process. 3.Introduction of automatic cutting in the production process of the tag. 4.Innovation in the form of automatic carton machine, 5.Introduction of innovative automatic sealing of cartons, 6. Elimination from the production process of foil. Key Phases 1.Determining the scope of tangible implementation on the basis of market research through consultation with the largest customers in Europe and the USA. 2.Requests to leading machine manufacturers specifying: customers’ expectations – technical possibilities – price conditions. 3.Tender procedure. 4.Reasonable implementation according to schedule. 5.
