The applicant conducted and completed research and development work on a new method of production of multilayer floor covering on foamed PVC substrate with digital printing (called PVC floor covering). This solution has been submitted for patent protection (No P.417316). The application of process and product innovation will enable the Applicant to introduce an innovative product on the Polish and foreign market: — PVC floor coverings, which have no equivalent in the world. Process innovation will consist of introducing new production methods into the company’s practice – creating an innovative technological line consisting of integrating into the Flexible Manufacturing System (known as ESP) devices and management systems in the Applicant’s company. In order to implement the project, it is necessary first of all to purchase production machines, which constitute a technological sequence (4 printing machines, 2 cutting machines, a bleaching machine, 2 computer sets and a thermal switchboard) enriched with a part of ICT enabling automation of production and customer service (Web to Print platform and B2B2C integration system). The implementation of the project will lead to diversification of production and introduction of a new product into an existing, very wide and international distribution network, which will strengthen its competitive position on the domestic and foreign markets. The investment will also contribute to the development of furniture industries such as the interior decoration market. By using unique technological solutions (asymmetric shaft implementation) it will reduce the negative impact on the environment by reducing the amount of waste and lower energy intensity.[...] (English)

    Wnioskodawca prowadził i zakończył prace badawczo - rozwojowe nad nowym sposobem wytwarzania wielowarstwowej okładziny podłogowej na podłożu ze spienionego PVC z zadrukiem cyfrowym (zwanej w projekcie okładziną podłogową PVC). Rozwiązanie to zostało zgłoszone do ochrony patentowej (nr P.417316). Zastosowanie innowacji procesowej i produktowej umożliwi Wnioskodawcy wprowadzenie na rynek polski i zagraniczny nowatorskiego produktu jakim są: - okładziny podłogowe PVC, które nie mają swojego odpowiednika w skali światowej. Innowacja procesowa będzie polegała na wprowadzeniu do praktyki w firmie nowych metod produkcji - utworzeniu innowacyjnej linii technologicznej polegającej na zintegrowaniu w Elastyczny System Produkcyjny (znany jako ESP) urządzeń i systemów zarządzania w firmie Wnioskodawcy. Do realizacji projektu niezbędny jest przede wszystkim zakup maszyn produkcyjnych, stanowiących ciąg technologiczny (4 maszyny drukujące, 2 wycinarki, maszyna do bielenia, 2 zestawy komputerowe oraz centrala termowentylacyjna) wzbogaconych o część TIK umożliwiającą automatyzację produkcji i obsługę Klientów (platforma Web to Print oraz system integracji B2B2C). Realizacja projektu doprowadzi do dywersyfikacji produkcji i wprowadzenia nowego produktu w istniejącą, bardzo szeroką i międzynarodową sieć dystrybucji, co wzmocni pozycję konkurencyjną na rynku krajowym i zagranicznym. Inwestycja przyczyni się również do rozwoju gałęzi przemysłu meblarskiego jakim jest rynek dekoracji wnętrz. Poprzez wykorzystanie unikalnych rozwiązań technologicznych (implementacja wału asymetrycznego) ograniczy negatywny wpływ na środowisko, poprzez redukcję ilości odpadów i mniejszą energochłonność.[...] (Polish)
