The investment presented for funding consists of the execution of construction works and the acquisition of a fixed asset (concrete node) in order to launch the production of two innovative products in the form of sewage wells and waste water tanks (tanks for cesspools) with unprecedented parameters. At present, the company does not have a material scope which has enabled the production of innovative products to be started, and it is therefore necessary to: 1. execution of construction works related to the planting of a fixed asset (I stage of the investment), 2nd acquisition of a modern concrete node (stage II of the investment). The main objective of the project is to increase the application of innovations in Prefabrication Company Prefabet Krzeszyce Sp. z o.o. It will be realised by offering customers innovative prefabricated precasts made of cement and polymer concrete. The products indicated are a response to the identified needs of the target groups to which they are addressed. The high prestige of the realised investment, which is environmentally friendly, is conditioned by high innovation and innovative approach in the field of concrete production. Przedstawiona do dofinansowania inwestycja polega na wykonaniu robót budowlanych oraz nabyciu środka trwałego (węzła betoniarskiego) w celu uruchomienia produkcji dwóch innowacyjnych produktów w postaci studni kanalizacyjnych oraz bezodpływowych zbiorników na ścieki (zbiorników na szambo) o niespotykanych dotąd parametrach. Działanie to wzbogaci dotychczasowy portfel produktów oferowanych przez Wnioskodawcę. Obecnie spółka nie posiada zakresu rzeczowego, który umożliwiły rozpoczęcie produkcji innowacyjnych produktów, dlatego też działaniem koniecznym jest: 1. wykonanie robót budowlanych związanych z posadowieniem środka trwałego (I etap inwestycji), 2. nabycie nowoczesnego węzła betoniarskiego (II etap inwestycji). Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie zastosowania innowacji w Przedsiębiorstwie Prefabrykacji Betonów Prefabet Krzeszyce Sp. z o.o. Zostanie on zrealizowany dzięki zaoferowaniu Klientom innowacyjnych, niespotykanych dotąd na rynku prefabrykatów wykonanych z betonu cementowo - polimerowego. Wskazane produkty są odpowiedzią na zidentyfikowane potrzeby grup docelowych, do których są kierowane. Wysoki prestiż realizowanej inwestycji, która jest przyjazna środowisku naturalnemu uwarunkowany jest wysoką innowacyjnością i nowatorskim podejściem w zakresie produkcji betonu.
