The project assumes a fundamental change in the production process that will take place in the company as a result of the implementation of the innovative Automated Packaging Automation. As a result, this will increase the efficiency and productivity of the EKO-PAK production company. The machine allows for simultaneous cutting, creasing (i.e. pre-selecting the cardboard bending area) and fracturing in one work cycle. The effect of the application in the company of the Automation Applicant to the production of packaging will be: 1. New Product – a large ecological container (up to 1000 l capacity and 1 tons of lifting capacity). 2. Improved Product – so far produced packaging will be made with higher precision, less often glued, production will be much faster, cartons will also become more durable and aesthetic. For proper installation of the machine it is necessary to perform construction works in the area of, among others, preparation of the anchoring site of the device, dust-free floor, lighting and ventilation system in accordance with the requirements of health and safety at work on the stand of the Automation operator. The increase in the productivity of the production process entails the need for additional investments to allow for full discounting of the new capacity and capacity of the plant. These investments are: — screw compressor supporting the work of Automatu for the production of packaging in the amount of 1 pcs. — Warehouse racks in the amount of 4 pieces. 2 phases of the project are planned: 1.     Projekt zakłada zasadniczą zmianę procesu produkcyjnego jaka zajdzie w przedsiębiorstwie na skutek wdrożenia innowacyjnego Automatu do produkcji opakowań. W efekcie przyniesie to zwiększenie efektywności i produktywności firmy produkcyjnej EKO-PAK. Automat pozwala m.in. na jednoczesne wycinanie, bigowanie (tj. wstępnego zaznaczenia miejsca zginania kartonu) oraz szczelinowanie w jednym cyklu pracy. Efektem zastosowania w przedsiębiorstwie Wnioskodawcy Automatu do produkcji opakowań będzie: 1. Nowy Produkt - wielkogabarytowy kontener ekologiczny (do 1000 l pojemności i 1 tony udźwigu). 2. Udoskonalony Produkt - dotychczas produkowane opakowania będą wykonane z wyższą precyzją, rzadziej klejone, produkcja będzie znacznie szybsza, kartony staną się także bardziej wytrzymałe i estetyczne. Dla prawidłowej instalacji maszyny konieczne jest wykonanie prac budowlanych w zakresie m.in. przygotowania miejsca zakotwiczenia urządzenia, posadzki bezpyłowej, oświetlenia i układu wentylacji zgodnie z wymogami BHP do pracy na stanowisku operatora Automatu. Wzrost wydajności procesu produkcyjnego pociąga za sobą konieczność dodatkowych inwestycji, które umożliwią pełne zdyskontowanie nowych możliwości i zdolności produkcyjnych zakładu. Inwestycje te, to: - Sprężarka śrubowa wspomagająca pracę Automatu do produkcji opakowań w ilości 1 szt. - Regały magazynowe w ilości 4 szt. Zaplanowano 2 etapy realizacji projektu: 1. Prace budowlane i instalatorskie. 2. Zakup, montaż i uruchomienie Automatu do produkcji opakowań oraz zakup pozostałych środków trwałych.
