Before the project is an apology of the actions aimed at improving the technical condition of the building located in Wałbrzych on ul. Maria Konopnicka no. 12-13. Currently, the building’s condition is average, according to the techn review. Technical use of the facility is 40.30 %. The progressive degradation of the city’s technical infrastructure creates a general discouragement, a sense of social exclusion and the accumulation of pathogenic environments among its inhabitants. The investment will be carried out on the basis of tasks related to: — project documentation (including development of project and cost documentation, feasibility study) – construction work (works related to revitalisation and facilities for people with disabilities), – information and promotion – investor supervision – project management. The project will be implemented on its own. The beneficiary, Operator and Investor of the project is the Housing Community on ul. Maria Konopnicka no. 12-13 in Wałbrzych. The target group of the project is residents of the city of Wałbrzych, and the results of the project will benefit mainly residents of the building at ul. Maria Konopnicka no. 12-13 in Wałbrzych, who will be revitalised. The tenants of the building have a total of 12 apartments. In the project there are ineligible costs due to the usable space in the building. The costs of eligibility of expenditure have been proportionately cut. According to the Guidelines, the sustainability of the project will be maintained for a minimum period of 5 years from the date of settlement of the project. The implementation of the project will allow the realisation of the established objectives of the Municipal Regeneration Programme for the City of Wałbrzych for the years 2016-2025, as well as the elimination of the problems identified in this area. Przedm. projektu jest przeprow. działań mających na celu poprawę stanu techn. budynku znajdujące się w Wałbrzychu na ul. Marii Konopnickiej nr 12-13. W chwili obecnej stan budynku jest średni, zgodnie z przeglądem techn. zużycie techniczne obiektu wynosi 40,30%. Wpływa to bardzo negat. na wygląd całego miasta, jego atrakcyjność inwestycyjną i turystyczną oraz ogólne warunki życia na obszarze zdegradowanym. Postępująca degradacja infrastruktury technicznej miasta wywołuje ogólne zniechęcenie, poczucie wykluczenia społecznego i kumulacje środowisk patogennych wśród jego mieszkańców. Inwestycja realizowana będzie w oparciu o zadania związane z: - dokumentacją projektu (w tym opracowanie dokumentacji projektowo-kosztorysowej, studium wykonalności) - pracami budowlanymi (prace związane z rewitalizacją oraz udogodnienia dla osób niepełnosprawnych), - informacją i promocją - nadzorem inwestorskim - zarządzaniem projektem. Projekt realizowany będzie samodzielnie. Beneficjentem, Operatorem i Inwestorem projektu jest Wspólnota Mieszkaniowa przy ul. Marii Konopnickiej nr 12-13 w Wałbrzychu. Grupą docelową przedmiot. projektu są mieszkańcy miasta Wałbrzych, a z rezultatów projektu skorzystają przede wszystkim mieszkańcy budynku przy ul. Marii Konopnickiej nr 12-13 w Wałbrzychu, który poddany zostanie rewitalizacji. Lokatorzy budynku zamieszkują łącznie 12 mieszkań. W projekcie występują koszty niekwalifikowane ze względu na powierzchnie użytkową w budynku. Koszty kwalifikowalności wydatków zostały proporcjonalnie obcięte. Zgodnie z Wytycznymi trwałość projektu zostanie zachowana przez okres minimum 5 lat od momentu rozliczenia projektu. Realizacja projektu pozwoli na realizację założonych celów Gminnego Programu Rewitalizacji dla Miasta Wałbrzych na lata 2016-2025, jak również umożliwi likwidację zidentyfikowanych problemów występ. na tym obszarze.
