The object of the project is the construction, modernisation and equipment of a centre in which activities in the field of biodiversity and ecological education will be carried out. In addition, the project will pursue objectives related to the conservation of species and natural habitats of Górzno-Lidzbarski Landscape Park. A complementary element of the investment will be broadly understood information – educational activities, raising awareness of inhabitants of Kujawsko-Pomeranian Voivodeship in the area of appropriate social behaviour in relation to the natural heritage of the region, implemented in a complementary and complementary way to national campaigns. Implementation of the project was planned from January 2017 (project documentation) until October 2020. The project documentation will consist of particular of a construction project and a feasibility study. The eligible costs also include:- Construction manager and investor supervision;- construction and modernisation of environmental education centre;- purchase of equipment;- purchase of external equipment;- car hire;- organisation of workshops for children and young people;- purchase of information and education materials and organisation of 2 festivities;- activities related to the conservation of habitats and species (contributing the natural awareness of the meadow, purchase of nesting booths);- project management;- project promotion.The above elements of the project are necessary to create a new environmental education centre and Ezarko. First of all, the mechanism for protecting biodiversity in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie region will be strengthened. The planned tasks therefore serve the objectives of the project and consequently achieve the objectives of the action. The material scope set out in Annex 5 Extract from the technical documentation (construction projects) shall be consistent with the scope included in the application for funding. REGIONALNY OŚRODEK EDUKACJI EKOLOGICZNEJ W PRZYSIEKU SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ

Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa, modernizacja i wyposażenie ośrodka, w którym prowadzona będzie działalność w zakresie różnorodności biologicznej i edukacji ekologicznej. Dodatkowo, projekt będzie realizował cele związane z ochroną gatunków oraz siedlisk przyrodniczych Górznieńsko-Lidzbarskiego Parku Krajobrazowego. Elementem uzupełniającym inwestycję będą szerokorozumiane działania informacyjno – edukacyjne, podnoszące świadomość mieszkańców woj. kujawsko – pomorskiego w zakresie właściwych zachowań społecznych w odniesieniu do dziedzictwa przyrodniczego regionu, realizowane w sposób komplementarny i uzupełniający do kampanii ogólnopolskich. Realizację projektu zaplanowano od stycznia 2017 roku (dokumentacja projektowa) do października 2020 roku. Na dokumentację projektową składać się będą w szczególności projekt budowlany oraz studium wykonalności. W skład kosztów kwalifikowanych wchodzą również:- kierownik budowy i nadzór inwestorski;- budowa i modernizacja ośrodka edukacji ekologicznej;- zakup wyposażenia;- zakup wyposażenia zewnętrznego;- wynajem samochodu;- organizacja warsztatów dla dzieci i młodzieży;- zakup materiałów informacyjno-edukacyjnych i organizacja 2 festynów;- działania związane z ochroną siedlisk i gatunków (koszenie łąki, zakup budek lęgowych);- zarządzanie projektem;- promocja projektu.Powyższe elementy projektu są niezbędne do utworzenia nowego ośrodka edukacji ekologicznej Eko-Czar w Czarnym Bryńsku i przyczynią się podniesienia świadomości na temat ochrony środowiska naturalnego. Przede wszystkim, zostanie wzmocniony mechanizm ochrony różnorodności biologicznej w regionie województwa kujawsko-pomorskiego. Zaplanowane zadania służą zatem realizacji celów projektu i w konsekwencji prowadzą do osiągnięcia celów działania. Zakres rzeczowy ujęty w Załączniku nr 5 Wyciąg z dokumentacji technicznej (projekty budowlane) jest spójny z zakresem ujętym we wniosku o dofinansowanie. (Polish)
