The main objective of the project is to increase the potential of Lublin SMEs in the preparation and implementation of development projects through professionalisation of ARR S.A. as Business Surrounding Institutions and implementing 4 new, pro-innovative services for SMEs: 1. Proinnovative Financial Service of Lubuskie Loan Fund (LFP) 2. Strategic Financial Control Service 3. R & D control service (R & D) 4. Green controlling The above services – as defined in the SZOP – will be services for the development of an enterprise by improving the existing or implementing a new technological process, product or service. They will be aimed at supporting the company in implementing new investments (processes/technology/services/products) and new business models. Pro-innovation services will be provided in accordance with the standards for the provision of services developed at national level, i.e. on the basis of ISO 9001:2009 standards. The pro-innovation services will be comprehensive, resulting from the combination of the following forms of implementation: business coaching, advisory services and financial services. They will be addressed to the Lublin SME sector. The scope and nature of the services were dictated by the needs of Lubuskie companies, based on the diagnosis of needs. Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie potencjału lubuskich MMŚP w zakresie przygotowania i realizacji projektów rozwojowych poprzez profesjonalizację ARR S.A.jako Instytucji Otoczenia Biznesu i wdrożenie 4 nowych, proinnowacyjnych usług na rzecz MMŚP: 1. Proinnowacyjna usługa finansowa Lubuskiego Funduszu Pożyczkowego (LFP) 2. Usługa strategicznego controllingu finansowego 3. Usługa controllingu działalności badawczo - rozwojowej (B+R) 4. Usługa Green controllingu Powyższe usługi – zgodnie z definicją określoną w SZOP - będą usługami służącymi rozwojowi przedsiębiorstwa poprzez poprawę istniejącego lub wdrożenie nowego procesu technologicznego, produktu lub usługi. Będą ukierunkowane na wspieranie przedsiębiorstwa przy wdrażaniu nowych inwestycji (procesów/technologii/ usług/produktów) i nowych modeli biznesowych. Usługi proinnowacyjne będą świadczone według standardów świadczenia usług wypracowanych na poziomie krajowym, tj. w oparciu o standardy ISO 9001:2009. Usługi proinnowacyjne będą miały kompleksowy charakter, co wynika z połączenia następujących form ich realizacji: coaching biznesowy, usługi doradcze oraz usługi finansowe. Będą adresowane do lubuskiego sektora MMŚP. Zakres i charakter usług został podyktowany potrzebami lubuskich przedsiębiorstw, w oparciu o przeprowadzoną diagnozę potrzeb. Celem projektu będzie również dostosowanie infrastruktury i kompetencji personelu ARR S.A. do potrzeb wdrożenia nowych, proinnowacyjnych usług na rzecz lubuskich MMŚP.[...] (Polish)
