Due to the implementation of the project, at least 12 people will return to the labour market after the break connected with birth/education of a child and 4 people who are unemployed will find a job or will seek it after leaving the program.The project will be implemented for 3 years.In 2019, renovation and adaptation work was planned to adapt the building to the requirements of the applicable law. This year, equipment and assistance will also be purchased and installed. In 2019, there will also be a playground with safe surface and fence.The years 2020-2021 will be a period of the current functioning of the places created in the children’s club. W ramach projektu zaplanowano utworzenie klubu dziecięcego dla 16 dzieci w wieku 1-3 lat w miejscowości Zgniłobłoty, Gmina Bobrowo. Placówka opieki będzie czynna 10 godzin dziennie, 5 dni w tygodniu, z wyłączeniem dni ustawowo wolnych od pracy oraz miesiąca sierpnia, w którym zaplanowano przerwę wakacyjną (urlopową) dla zatrudnionej kadry. W wyniku realizacji projektu powstanie pierwsza placówka opieki nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3 na terenie Gminy Bobrowo.Wsparciem zostanie objętych minimum 16 osób opiekujących się dziećmi z terenu Gminy Bobrowo. W związku z realizacją projektu przynajmniej 12 osób wróci na rynek pracy po przerwie związanej u urodzeniem/wychowaniem dziecka oraz 4 osoby pozostające bez pracy znajdą pracę lub będą jej poszukiwać po opuszczeniu programu.Projekt będzie realizowany przez 3 lata.W 2019 roku zaplanowano prace remontowo-adaptacyjne mające na celu dostosowanie budynku do wymogów obowiązującego prawa. W tym roku zostanie również zakupione i zamontowane wyposażenie oraz pomoce do prowadzenia zajęć. W 2019 roku powstanie także plac zabaw wraz z bezpieczną nawierzchnią i ogrodzeniem.Lata 2020-2021 będą okresem bieżącego funkcjonowania utworzonych miejsc w klubie dziecięcym. W okresie tym będą ponoszone wydatki na wynagrodzenia zatrudnionego personelu, który będzie składał się z:- opiekuna będącego jednocześnie kierownikiem klubu dziecięcego,- 2 opiekunów,- sprzątaczki,W okresie tym zatrudnieni będą również:- pielęgniarka,- logopodeda,- palacz,- intendent/ka.Od rodziców /opiekunów będą pobierane opłaty za wyżywienie dzieci w klubie dziecięcym (do wysokości wymaganego wkładu własnego).Utworzone miejsca opieki będą dostępne również dla dzieci z niepełnosprawnościami (kryteria rekrutacji premiują takie osoby). Pomieszczenia klubu dziecięcego będą dostosowane do osób niepełnosprawnych.Wsparcie w zakresie opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 realizowane będzie zgodnie ze standardami opieki nad dziećmi określonymi w przepisach powszechnie obowiązującego prawa.
