The aim of the project is to develop a Local Development Strategy for the Bydgoszcz Local Action Group “Two Rivers”, the implementation of which will contribute to the increase of socio-occupational activation of LSR residents. Thus, the project will contribute to the achievement of the ROP WKP objective. The project is preparatory, which will include capacity building and networking to prepare and implement community-led local development strategies in the following urban units of the City of Bydgoszcz: Downtown, Stork, Okole, Wilczak, Błonie, Fordon I, Fordon II. In the framework of the preparatory actions: — research tools will be developed, which will be used to develop LSR – questionnaires, individual interview forms, case study and focus studies; — public consultations (open and dedicated to individual urban units) will be conducted; — there will be an office which will serve the residents and carry out on-call duty in individual urban units; — a website which will contain information on the preparatory actions covered by this proposal, including an online survey and a version of the LSR for public consultation; The material collected in this way will be used to prepare the LSR by a working team (a team of experts appointed to prepare the LSR). It will consist of experts from specific thematic areas and the substantive manager of the LSR development team and the methodological manager – the author of research tools. Celem projektu jest opracowanie Lokalnej Strategii Rozwoju dla Stowarzyszenia Bydgoska Lokalna Grupa Działania „Dwie Rzeki”, której realizacja przyczyni się do wzrostu aktywizacji społeczno-zawodowej mieszkańców objętych LSR. Tym samym projekt przyczyni się do realizacji celu RPO WKP. Projekt ma charakter przygotowawczy, który obejmować będzie budowanie potencjału i tworzenie sieci kontaktów w celu przygotowania i wdrożenia strategii rozwoju lokalnego kierowanego przez społeczność w następujących jednostkach urbanistycznych Miasta Bydgoszczy: Śródmieście, Bocianowo, Okole, Wilczak, Błonie, Fordon I, Fordon II. W ramach działań przygotowawczych: - opracowane zostaną narzędzia badawcze, które posłużą do opracowania LSR – kwestionariusze ankietowe, formularze wywiadu indywidulanego, case study oraz badania fokusowe; - przeprowadzone zostaną konsultacje społeczne (otwarte i dedykowane dla poszczególnych jednostek urbanistycznych); - funkcjonować będzie biuro, które obsługiwać będzie mieszkańców i prowadzić będzie dyżury w poszczególnych jednostkach urbanistycznych; - powstanie strona internetowa, która zawierać będzie informacje o działaniach przygotowawczych objętych niniejszym wnioskiem, w tym ankietę on-line i wersję LSR poddaną pod konsultacje społeczne; Zgromadzony w ten sposób materiał wykorzystany zostanie do przygotowania LSR przez zespół roboczy (zespół ekspertów powołany w celu przygotowania LSR). Składać się on będzie z ekspertów z poszczególnych obszarów tematycznych i kierownika merytorycznego zespołu opracowującego LSR oraz kierownika metodologicznego - autora narzędzi badawczych. W efekcie ww. działań opracowana zostanie Lokalna Strategia Rozwoju. (Polish)
