Wnioskowana inwestycja dotyczy termomodernizacji dwóch budynków Szkoły Podstawowej w Ostaszewie, jest częścią większej inwestycji pod nazwą ,, Rozbudowa, przebudowa i termomodernizacja istniejących budynków Szkoły Podstawowej wraz z budową sali gimnastycznej przy szkole w miejscowości Ostaszewo’’. Planowane do dofinansowania zadania obejmują prace termomodernizacyjne dotyczą dwóch budynków szkoły Podstawowej w Ostaszewie oznaczonych w projekcie budowlanym jako budynki B i C. Prace termomodernizacyjne planowane do wykonania w budynku B :1. Wykonanie wewnętrznej instalacji c.w.u. z cyrkulacją i zasobnikiem zasilanym z kotłowni gazowej,2. Docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych nieocieplonych (z naprawą elewacji),3. Wymiana (pozostałych do wymiany) okien zewnętrznych na okna PCV,4. Docieplenie podłogi na gruncie (z wykonaniem nowej posadzki),5. Docieplenie stropodachu niewentylowanego (wraz z usunięciem istniejącego docieplenia i robotami towarzyszącymi),6. Wymiana (pozostałych do wymiany) drzwi zewnętrznych na drzwi,7. Docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych ocieplonych (wraz z demontażem istniejącego docieplenia),8. The proposed investment concerns the thermal modernisation of the two buildings of the Primary School in Ostaszewo, part of a larger investment under the name, Expansion, reconstruction and thermal modernisation of the existing buildings of the Primary School together with the construction of a gym at the school in Ostaszewo. The planned tasks include thermal retrofitting work on two buildings of the primary school in Ostaszewo designated in the construction project as B and C. Thermomodernisation works planned to be carried out in building B:1. Internal central heating system with circulation and storage tank supplied from the gas boiler room,2. Warming of external walls not warmed (with facade repair),3. Replacement (others for replacement) of external windows for PVC windows,4. Warming of the floor on the ground (with a new floor),5. Warming of non-ventilated trophode (including the removal of existing warming and associated robots),6. Replacement (others for replacement) of the external door for the door,7. Warming of the warmed outer walls (including the dismantling of existing warming),8. Resigning from the local coal boiler room, making a new gas boiler room together with the replacement of the internal central heating system and installation of control devicesThermal modernisation works provided for in building C:1.Increasing of the outer walls from the inside with mineral insulating plates,2.Replacement of the new seating (other work for the replacement) of the external floor on the Windows PCV,3.Made of internal installation of the c.w.u. with circulatory.
