Wnioskowana inwestycja dotyczy termomodernizacji dwóch budynków Szkoły Podstawowej w Ostaszewie, jest częścią większej inwestycji pod nazwą ,, Rozbudowa, przebudowa i termomodernizacja istniejących budynków Szkoły Podstawowej wraz z budową sali gimnastycznej przy szkole w miejscowości Ostaszewo’’. Planowane do dofinansowania zadania obejmują prace termomodernizacyjne dotyczą dwóch budynków szkoły Podstawowej w Ostaszewie oznaczonych w projekcie budowlanym jako budynki B i C. Prace termomodernizacyjne planowane do wykonania w budynku B :1. Wykonanie wewnętrznej instalacji c.w.u. z cyrkulacją i zasobnikiem zasilanym z kotłowni gazowej,2. Docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych nieocieplonych (z naprawą elewacji),3. Wymiana (pozostałych do wymiany) okien zewnętrznych na okna PCV,4. Docieplenie podłogi na gruncie (z wykonaniem nowej posadzki),5. Docieplenie stropodachu niewentylowanego (wraz z usunięciem istniejącego docieplenia i robotami towarzyszącymi),6.
