Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej oraz obniżenie energochłonności bud ynku Gimnazjum w Papowie Biskupim. Projekt dotyczy kompleksowej termomodernizacji budynku Gimnazju m w Papowie Biskupim, obejmującej: - ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych, podziemia i dachu, - wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, - przebudowę systemu grzewczego wraz z wymianą źródła ciepła, kotła olejowego kond ensacyjnego - budowę instalacji OZE w modernizowanym budynku. Powyższe ma na celu doprowadzenie do : • ograniczenia strat ciepła w różnych strefach istniejącego budynku (ściany, stropy, stolarka), • likwidacji w ad typu przemarzanie oraz przecieki ścian, przemarzanie stropu, • dostosowania obiektu do obowiązującyc h przepisów dotyczących izolacyjności cieplnej przegród zewnętrznych (co jednocześnie zmniejszy zużycie e nergii cieplnej potrzebnej do użytkowania budynku zgodnie z jego przeznaczeniem) oraz poprawę stanu tec hnicznego i estetyki obiektu, • zmniejszenia szkodliwych emisji i poprawy jakości powietrza Planowane robot y remontowe nie naruszają istniejącego układu konstrukcyjnego budynku. Obiekt będący przedmiotem ninie jszego projektu wskazany został w SORSG powiatu chełmińskiego jako jeden z najważniejszych obiektów uży teczności publicznej obszaru wymagający modernizacji energetycznej. Dokumentem zawierającym pozytyw ną opinię do SORSG jest UCHWAŁA NR 30/1145/16 ZARZĄDU WOJEWÓDZTWA KUJAWSKO-POMORSKIEGO z dnia 27 lipca 2016 r. w sprawie przyjęcia aktualizacji Opinii Strategii ORSG Pow. Chełmińskiego. Treść uchwał y stanowi zał nr 8 do sw. Planowana inwestycja nie stanowi rodzaju przedsięwzięcia wymienionego w rozporz ądzeniu Rady Ministrów z dnia 9 listopada 2010 r. w sprawie przedsięwzięć mogących znacząco oddziaływać na środowisko (Dz. U. 2010 nr 213 poz. 1397 z późn. zm.) i nie zalicza się do przedsięwzięć mogących pote ncjalnie znacząco oddziaływać na środowisko a jego realizacja nie wymaga uzyskania decyzji o środowiskow ych uwa (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to increase energy efficiency and reduce the energy intensity of the building of the Junior High School in Bishop’s Papi. The project concerns a comprehensive thermomodernisation of the building of the Junior High School in Bishop’s Pavia, including: — warming of external walls, underground and roof, – replacement of window and door carpentry, – reconstruction of heating system together with heat exchange, oil boiler ensation cond – construction of RES installation in a modernised building. The above is intended to lead to: • reductions of heat loss in various areas of the existing building (walls, ceilings, carpentry), • liquidation in ad type of freezing and wall leakage, frosting of the ceiling, • adaptation of the object to h regulations on thermal insulation of external compartments (which reduces the use of the building e nergia necessary for the use of the building according to its intended purpose) and improvement of the tec hnical state and aesthetics of the facility, • reduction of harmful emissions and improvement of the quality of the building. The object which is the subject of its project has been identified in the SORSG of Chełmno district as one of the most important buildings for public use of the area requiring energy modernisation. The document giving a positive opinion to the SORSG is the Resolution No 30/1145/16 OF THE COMMISSION of 27 July 2016 on the adoption of the update of the Opinion of the ORSG Strategy. It’s a Chelmno. The text of the resolutions is annex no. 8 to St. The planned investment is not the type of project mentioned in the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 9 November 2010 on projects which may have a significant impact on the environment (Dz. U. 2010 No. 213 item. 1397 as amended) and are not included in projects that can have a significant impact on the environment and its implementation does not require an environmental decision.
