    Kujawskich. Zakres prac objętych przedsięwzięciem przedstawia się następująco: - wymiana stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej - izolacja termiczna ścian zewnętrznych - izolacja termiczna ścian fundamentów i piwnic - izolacja termiczna dachu i stropu pod poddaszem - modernizacja systemu wentylacji - modernizacja instalacji c.w.u. w ramach której projektuje się wprowadzenie odnawialnych źródeł energii: kolektor słoneczny, panel fotowoltaiczny oraz pompa ciepła. - modernizacja oświetlenia poprzez wymianę źródeł światłą na energooszczędne (LED). Głównym celem realizacji przedsięwzięcia jest zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej poprzez działania termomodernizacyjne. Działania podjęte przez Beneficjenta przyczynią się również do zmniejszenia poboru energii cieplnej, a tym samym poprawy środowiska naturalnego. Inwestycja będzie miała realny wpływ na podniesienie komfortu użytkowania budynku poprzez jego pracowników oraz mieszkańców. (Polish)
