This will reduce emissions of harmful gases and dust from heat production and increase energy efficiency. The project aims to improve the thermal comfort of the public building. Gmina Świecie będzie realizowała projekt „Przebudowa, rozbudowa i zmiana sposobu użytkowania budynku pokoszarowego w strefie ochrony zabytków na terenie rewitalizowanym w ramach zadania pn. Zwiększenie atrakcyjności kulturalnej Gminy Świecie”. Inwestycja zlokalizowana będzie przy ulicy Gen. Józefa Hallera 11 w Świeciu. Teren inwestycji to działki nr: 647/181, 647/168, 647/170, 647/180 – obręb ewidencyjny 0001 Świecie, jednostka ewidencyjna Świecie. W ramach projektu przewiduje się następujący zakres działań: roboty budowlane, instalacje sanitarne wewnętrzne, instalacje sanitarne – przyłącza, wykonanie studium wykonalności oraz promocję projektu. Celem strategicznym i bezpośrednim przedmiotowego projektu jest podniesienie ef ektywności energetycznej budynku pokoszarowego położonego w gminie Świecie, poprzez jego termomodernizację. Pozwoli to na ograniczenie emisji szkodliwych gazów i pyłów występujących przy produkcji energii cieplnej oraz do wzrostu efektywności energetycznej. Projekt ma na celu poprawę komfortu cieplnego budynku użyteczności publicznej. (Polish)
