The main objective of the project is to improve the quality of educational services in the field of vocational education, through the creation of four profession studies, i.e. tailor’s workshop, two confectionery workshops, as well as a construction and finishing workshop for the European Union School Complex in Chełmza, on ul. Wyszyńskiego 7 on plots 89/17, 89/37, 89/38, 87/25. The project includes the expansion of the school with the reconstruction of the network: water supply, rainwater sewerage, sanitary sewage, heating, water supply, sanitary and rain drainage. An extension of the existing school is planned in the north-eastern part of the school by adding a building on the L-shaft adjacent to the peak wall. There are 2 floors with a flat roof, without cellar, with an additional staircase and an elevator. As a result of the project, an object adapted to the needs of people with disabilities (1 pieces) and practical training workshops (4 pieces) will be created. The result of the project will be to increase the potential of vocational training infrastructure, which will be used in 2020 approx. It’s 12 students. The expenditure foreseen in the project will be incurred between 2017 and 2019. The total value of the project is PLN 2,252,036.00. The justification of the project is based on the diagnosis of demand for the Basic Vocational School No. 2 in Chełmża at the European Union School Complex in Chełmza. The project results from the Strategy of Integrated Territorial Investments for Bydgoszcz-Torun Functional Area. It is part of PI’s priority 10a Investing in education, training and vocational training for skills acquisition and lifelong learning through the development of education and training infrastructure. Głównym celem projektu jest poprawa jakości usług edukacyjnych w zakresie szkolnictwa zawodowego, poprzez utworzenie czterech pracowni nauki zawodu tj. pracowni krawieckiej, dwóch pracowni cukiernictwa oraz pracowni montera zabudowy i robót wykończeniowych dla Zespołu Szkół im. Unii Europejskiej w Chełmży przy ul. Wyszyńskiego 7 na działkach 89/17, 89/37, 89/38, 87/25. Projekt obejmuje rozbudowę szkoły wraz z przebudową sieci: wodociągowej, kanalizacji deszczowej, kanalizacji sanitarnej, ciepłowniczej, budowę przyłącza wodociągowego, kanalizacji sanitarnej i deszczowej. Przewiduje się wykonanie w części północno-wschodniej działki rozbudowy istniejącej szkoły poprzez dobudowanie budynku na rzucie litery L przyległego do ściany szczytowej. Przyjęto 2 kondygnacje nadziemne z dachem płaskim, bez podpiwniczenia, z dodatkową klatką schodową oraz windą. W wyniku realizacji projektu powstanie obiekt dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami (1 szt.) oraz pracownie kształcenia praktycznego (4 szt.). Rezultatem projektu będzie zwiększenie potencjału infrastruktury edukacyjnej kształcenia zawodowego, z których korzystać będzie w 2020r. ok. 12 uczniów. Wydatki przewidziane w projekcie zostaną poniesione w latach 2017-2019. Całkowita wartość projektu wynosi 2.252.036,00 PLN. Uzasadnienie realizacji projektu wynika z przeprowadzonej diagnozy zapotrzebowania dla Zasadniczej Szkoły Zawodowej nr 2 Specjalnej w Chełmży przy Zespole Szkół im. Unii Europejskiej w Chełmży. Projekt wynika ze Strategii Zintegrowanych Inwestycji Terytorialnych dla Bydgosko-Toruńskiego Obszaru Funkcjonalnego. Wpisuje się w priorytet PI 10a Inwestowanie w kształcenie, szkolenie oraz szkolenie zawodowe na rzecz zdobywania umiejętności i uczenia się przez cale życie poprzez rozwój infrastruktury edukacyjnej i szkoleniowej. Jego realizacja wynika z prognoz demograficznych oraz konieczności dopasowania do potrzeb rynku pracy i Smart Specialisation. (Polish)
