The subject of the project is to carry out works related to change of use, expansion and reconstruction and adaptation to sanitary and fire requirements of parts of the existing school facility for the new kindergarten point for 25 children, including land development. Due to the nature of the investment, the final beneficiaries should include the pupils of the created preschool point of 25 children, educators and the service of the institution, as they will benefit most from the realisation of the investment. The main problem is poor access to pre-primary education services in the municipality of Chełmża, where the level of preschool education is 58.4 %. The main objective of the project is to reduce the disparities in access to high-quality pre-school education in Chełmża commune and improve educational opportunities for 25 preschool children by modernising the old school building in Skąpe for the operation of the new preschool point and extending its offer to additional classes by 31.08.2019. The planned products of the project will be: Number of preschool facilities created – 1 units, Number of preschool facilities – 25 people, Number of preschool facilities supported – 1 pieces. Przedmiotem projektu jest w wykonanie robót związanych ze zmianą sposobu użytkowania, rozbudową i przebudową oraz dostosowaniem do wymogów sanitarnych i przeciwpożarowych części istniejącego obiektu poszkolnego na potrzeby nowego punktu przedszkolnego dla 25 dzieci wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu. Beneficjentem projektu jest Gmina Chełmża. Projekt będzie realizowany w miejscowości Skąpe na działkach nr 243 oraz nr 242/3. Ze względu na charakter inwestycji, do ostatecznych beneficjentów należy zaliczyć wychowanków utworzonego punktu przedszkolnego na 25 dzieci, wychowawców i obsługę placówki, gdyż to oni najbardziej zyskają na realizacji inwestycji. Głównym problemem jest słaby dostęp do usług wychowania przedszkolnego na terenie Gminy Chełmża, w której stopień edukacji przedszkolnej wynosi 58,4%. Głównym celem realizacji projektu jest zmniejszenie dysproporcji w dostępie do wysokiej jakości edukacji przedszkolnej na terenie gminy Chełmża i poprawa szans edukacyjnych dla 25 dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym poprzez modernizację budynku starej szkoły w miejscowości Skąpe na potrzeby funkcjonowania nowego punktu przedszkolnego oraz rozszerzenie jego oferty o zajęcia dodatkowe, w terminie do 31.08.2019. Planowanymi produktami realizacji projektu będą: Liczba utworzonych punktów przedszkolnych – 1 szt., Liczba miejsc w infrastrukturze przedszkolnej – 25 osób, Liczba wspartych obiektów infrastruktury przedszkolnej – 1 szt. Planowanym rezultatem realizacji projektu będzie: Liczba osób korzystających z objętej wsparciem infrastruktury przedszkolnej – 25 osób Zakres rzeczowy i harmonogram inwestycji przedstawia się następująco: 12.2016 - 04.2017: 1.
