The subject of the project called “Modernisation of the housing district heating network through the Housing Cooperative in Kąty Wrocławskie” is the modernisation of the residential thermal network from the existing gas boiler room at the building on ul. Door 2A to the entrance in multi-family residential buildings at: ul. 1 May 48b, ul. 1 May 48c, ul. 1 May 50, ul. Drzymały 2.The investment covers the area of the district heating network dz. No 3/5, 3/7, 3/8, 3/10, 3/11, 3/13, 3/14, 3/16, registration unit: 022304_4, Kąty Wrocławskie – city of: 0001, Kąty Wrocławskie. The project involves replacing part of the low-energy heating network and replacing it with a more modern network made in modern technology together with accompanying infrastructure. The investment will contribute to the protection of the environment, as emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere will be reduced. Reduce the amount of heat loss by inefficient network elements. This translates into less fuel consumption needed to obtain the heat supplied by networks for residents. These are therefore effects which bring concrete environmental, economic and social benefits to inhabitants of Kątów Wrocławskie. The priority of this project is actions to improve power security and ensure continuity of heat supply to residents. Such actions shall make it possible to minimise its effects in the event of an accident. During the planned investment, Housing Cooperative plans to: tasks arising from the insufficient technical status of the network; tasks improving the functioning of the entire heating system. The modernisation of the network is necessary and must be implemented. If the heating system is to have a prospect of existence in the next few decades, it should be maintained in good technical condition and full functionality. Przedmiotem projektu pn.:„Modernizacja osiedlowej sieci cieplnej przez Spółdzielnię Mieszkaniową w Kątach Wrocławskich” jest modernizacja osiedlowej sieci cieplnej od istniejącej kotłowni gazowej przy budynku przy ul. Drzymały 2A do wejścia w budynkach mieszkalnych wielorodzinnych przy: ul. 1 Maja 48b, ul. 1 Maja 48c, ul. 1 Maja 50, ul. Drzymały 2.Inwestycja obejmuje teren osiedlowej sieci cieplnej dz. Nr 3/5, 3/7, 3/8, 3/10, 3/11, 3/13, 3/14, 3/16, jednostka ewidencyjna: 022304_4, Kąty Wrocławskie – miasto obręb: 0001, Kąty Wrocławskie. Projekt zakłada wymianę części sieci ciepłowniczej o niskiej efektywności energetycznej i zastąpienie jej nowocześniejszą siecią wykonaną w nowoczesnej technologii wraz z infrastrukturą towarzyszącą. Przeprowadzona inwestycja przyczyni się do ochrony środowiska naturalnego, ograniczona bowiem zostanie emisja szkodliwych substancji do atmosfery. Zmniejszenie ilości utraty ciepła przez nieefektywne elementy sieci. Przekłada się to na mniejsze zużycie paliwa, potrzebnego do uzyskania ciepła dostarczanego sieciami dla mieszkańców. Są to zatem efekty przynoszące mieszkańcom Kątów Wrocławskich konkretne korzyści środowiskowe, ekonomiczne i społeczne. Priorytetem niniejszego projektu są działania poprawiające bezpieczeństwo zasilania i zapewniające ciągłość dostawy ciepła dla mieszkańców. Takie działania umożliwiają w przypadku wystąpienia awarii minimalizację jej skutków. Spółdzielnia Mieszkaniowa podczas planowanej inwestycji planuje: zadania wynikające z niedostatecznego stanu technicznego sieci; zadania poprawiające funkcjonowanie całego systemu ciepłowniczego. Modernizacja sieci jest konieczna i musi być realizowana. Jeśli system ciepłowniczy ma mieć perspektywę istnienia w kolejnych kilkudziesięciu latach, należy je utrzymywać w dobrym stanie technicznym i pełnej funkcjonalności. Wnioskodawca posiada zasoby techniczne oraz organizacyjne do wzorowej realizacji projektu. Inwestycja Wnioskodawcy jest zabezpieczona finansowo. (Polish)
