Projekt polega na budowie instalacji fotowoltaicznych na prywatnych budynkach mieszkańców na terenie gminy Brześć Kujawski. Będą to zarówno budynki mieszkalne (np. dach domu) jak i gospodarcze (np. dach garażu czy grunt). Rozróżnienie na budynki mieszkalne i niemieszkalne jest istotne z punktu widzenia stawki VAT. Dla instalacji na budynkach mieszkalnych wynosi ona 8% a dla pozostałych 23%. W ramach projektu powstaną 34 mikroinstalacje. Żadna z nich nie ma mocy większej niż 10 kWp. W zakres projektu wchodzą również nadzór inwestorski oraz promocja projektu.
