Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie nowej technologii w zakresie precyzyjnej obróbki skrawaniem detali wielkogabarytowych, w tym w szczególności rozwiązań dla przemysłu obrabiarkowego. Realizacja projektu wynika z potrzeb klientów Wnioskodawcy w zakresie zwiększania jakości wyrobów i podnoszenia ich funkcjonalności. Współpraca z takimi firmami, jak ECKERT, czy KINKELE pozwoliły na zdiagnozowanie ich potrzeb. Realizacja projektu pozwoli na wprowadzenie obróbki detali o rozmiarach nawet 5000mm długich przy zachowaniu odpowiedniej powtarzalności i jakości. Wnioskodawca wdroży technologię poprzez zakup nowoczesnej frezarki łożowej. Efektem projektu będzie: - wprowadzenie produktów i technologii obróbki nieznanych i niestosowanych aktualnie w kraju. - wzrost konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstwa - zwiększenie zatrudnienia - wprowadzenie ekoinnowacji - zmniejszenie zużycia energii - zmniejszenie generowanych odpadów (Polish)
