The main objective of the project is to increase by 31.08.2020 the employability of 60 (34K/26M) persons from 30 living within the meaning of the Civil Code in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship[WD] [including 30 (17K/13M) in the area covered by the approved revitalisation programme], who remain unemployed [30 (17K/13M) unemployed [BB] and 30 (17K/13M) in the labour market. 12 (7K/5M) persons aged 50 years and over. 6 (3K/3M) people with disabilitiesmin. 12 (7K/5M) long-term unemployed. 30 (17K/13M) of low-skilled people, through comprehensive support in the form of:identification of needs together with the development/updating of IPD (Word 1), group vocational guidance (Zad.2), training (Zad.3), internship (Zad.4), work intermediation (Wat.5).The implementation of this project is justified by the problem of low employability of people from the target group, which includes lack of local experience, among others. The problems of access to employment affect in particular: K, ON, people aged 50+, DBB, low-skilled people, people living in revitalised areas.     Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie do 31.08.2020 roku zdolności do podjęcia zatrudnienia 60 (34K/26M) osób od 30 r.ż., zamieszkujących w rozumieniu Kodeksu Cywilnego na obszarze woj. dolnośląskiego[WD] [w tym min. 30 (17K/13M) na terenie objętym zatwierdzonym programem rewitalizacji], pozostających bez zatrudnienia [30 (17K/13M) bezrobotnych [BB] oraz 30 (17K/13M) biernych zawodowo[BZ]], znajdujących się w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, w tym:min. 34 kobietymin. 12 (7K/5M) osób w wieku 50 lat i więcejmin. 6 (3K/3M) osób z niepełnosprawnościamimin. 12 (7K/5M) osób długotrwale bezrobotnychmin. 30 (17K/13M) osób o niskich kwalifikacjach,poprzez objęcie ich kompleksowym wsparciem w postaci:identyfikacji potrzeb wraz z opracowaniem/aktualizacją IPD (Zad.1),grupowego poradnictwa zawodowego (Zad.2),szkoleń (Zad.3),staży(Zad.4),pośrednictwa pracy (Zad.5).Realizacjaniniejszego proj. uzasadniona jest problemem niskiej zdolności do zatrudnienia osób z grupy docelowej, na którą składa się m.in. brak kwalifikacji i doświadczenia zawodowego wymaganych przez lokalnych pracodawców. Problemy z dostępem do zatrudnienia dotykają w szczeg.: K, ON, osoby w wieku 50+, DBB, os. o niskich kwalifikacjach, os. zamieszkujące obszary rewitalizowane. Przedmiotowy projekt stanowi odpowiedź na zdiagnozowane wyżej problemy, poprzez objęcie ww. osób kompleksowym wsparciem, zwiększającym zdolność grupy docelowej do podjęcia zatrudnienia.Główne rezultaty zaplanowane do osiągnięcia, dzięki realizacji proj.:Liczba osób pracujących, łącznie z prowadzącymi działalność na własny rachunek, po opuszczeniu programu - min. 24 (14K/10M),Liczba osób, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu - min. 30 (17K/13M).Wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji, w tym osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami do poziomu ISCED 3 - min. 42%Okres realizacji: 01.04.2019 - 31.08.2020 (Polish)
