Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynków użyteczności publicznej i zmniejszenie rocznego zużycia energii pierwotnej w tych obiektach, poprzez budowę Zespołu Szkolno-Przedszkolnego, jako obiektu o podwyższonych parametrach energetycznych i demonstracyjnych elementach edukacyjnych (zielone ściany i dachy, system zarządzania i monitorowania energii) oraz udostępnienie jej do zwiedzania celem zapoznania się z zastosowanymi rozwiązaniami.
