Flexible architecture of intelligent building, including room adaptation and location of target teletechnical and ICT systems, allowing a wide range of application of buildings. An approach separating the backbone infrastructure from its active equipment. 3 areas of the facility – the fab space lab/living lab/demonstration center, giving full possibilities for the use and testing of devices in various technical and technological aspects. A five-storey office building with an underground car park is planned. Total area of all buildings: 2602 m², cubicure: 8625 m³. Of this living lab will be 1316.16 m² and Fab lab 63.44 m². The implementation of the project will first of all allow for: — achieving the strategic objectives set out in the Voivodship Development Strategy and in the City of Toruń Development Strategy in the area of entrepreneurship, – improving investment attractiveness;- improving the development conditions for entities from the SME sector,- creating new jobs,- achieving the objective of action 1.4.3 ROP JK-P “Better conditions for the development of SMEs”. On 28.09.2017, a partnership agreement was concluded for the implementation of the Project Creation of business infrastructure – INTELLIGENT BUSINESS CENTRE LAB, between the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Toruń and the Cooperative Bank in Toruń, which secures its own contribution and enables the financing of tasks during the implementation. On 12.04.2018, another partnership agreement was concluded. On the basis of this agreement, the Partners will join a targeted capital company (SPV) established to implement the Project, which will ultimately assume the role and responsibilities of the Beneficiary.     Stworzenie nowoczesnego obiektu biurowego z rozbudowaną infrastrukturą szkieletową i elementami budynku inteligentnego służącego do testowania w warunkach rzeczywistych różnych rozwiązań technicznych i technologicznych. Elastyczna architektura inteligentnego budynku, m.in. w zakresie adaptacji pomieszczeń i lokalizacji „końcówek” docelowych systemów teletechnicznych i teleinformatycznych, umożliwiając szeroki zakres zastosowania pomieszczeń budynku. Podejście rozdzielające infrastrukturę szkieletową od wykorzystujących ją urządzeń aktywnych. 3 strefy obiektu – przestrzeń fab lab / living lab / demonstration center, dające pełne możliwości wykorzystania i testowania urządzeń pod różnymi względami techniczno-technologicznymi. Planowana jest budowa budynku biurowego o pięciu kondygnacjach z parkingiem podziemnym jedno poziomowym. Powierzchnia całkowita wszystkich pomieszczeń budynku: 2602m2, kubatura: 8 625 m3. W tym powierzchnia Living lab wyniesie 1316,16 m2 a Fab lab 63,44 m2. Realizacja projektu pozwoli przede wszystkim na: - osiągniecie celów strategicznych wyznaczonych w Strategii Rozwoju Województwa oraz w Strategii Rozwoju Miasta Torunia w obszarze dotyczącym przedsiębiorczości, - poprawę atrakcyjności inwestycyjnej;- poprawę warunków rozwojowych dla podmiotów z sektora MSP,- stworzenie nowych miejsc pracy,- osiągnięcie celu działania 1.4.3 RPO WK-P jakim jest „Lepsze warunki do rozwoju MŚP”. W dniu 28.09.2017r. została zawarta umowa o partnerstwie na rzecz realizacji Projektu Stworzenie infrastruktury biznesowej - INTELLIGENT BUSINESS CENTRE LAB , pomiędzy Izbą Przemysłowo-Handlowa w Toruniu a Bankiem Spółdzielczym w Toruniu, który zabezpiecza wkład własny oraz umożliwia finansowania zadania w trakcie realizacji. W dniu 12.04.2018r. została zawarta kolejna umowa o partnerstwie. Na podstawie tejże umowy, Partnerzy przystąpią do celowej spółki kapitałowej (SPV) powołanej w celu realizacji Projektu, która docelowo przejmie rolę i obowiązki Beneficjenta. (Polish)
