The project is a response to the expressed needs of residents of a multi-family residential building located at ul. Steel 1 in Jawor. In the interest of the comfort of our residents, we decided to meet their expectations and create a project of thermomodernisation of the building which is their place of residence. For this purpose, in order to obtain accurate information about the problems related to the energy state of the building, we commissioned a specialised, external company to carry out an energy audit covered by the planned thermal modernisation of the building. Based on the energy audit carried out, we received comprehensive data on the energy state of the building at ul. Steel 1 allowing the identification of the places which generate the greatest heat loss. Therefore, after analysing the collected data, we decided to include the thermal modernisation works indicated above. This work will consist of warming the exterior walls of the building using Styrofoam with plastering expedition, warming up the ceiling, replacing window joinery in the basement of the building, partial walling of luxpheres and the installation of traditional carpentry and replacement of entrance doors to the building. The current state of the exterior walls and ceiling of the building is characterised by low thermal insulation, which causes a significant increase in heat demand for heating purposes. In the case of windows installed in the basement of a building, it should be noted that they are not adapted to the applicable standards and therefore need to be adapted to the applicable technical conditions. The aim of the project is therefore to improve the energy efficiency of the building and to reduce thermal energy losses by carrying out thermal retrofitting works of the building. Through the implementation of the project, we also want to achieve the environmental objectives of reducing CO2 emissions and harmful gases and particulate matter to human health and the environment, including PM10. During the implementation of the project, as well as after its completion (English)
