Celem projektu jest rozwój zaplecza badawczo-rozwojowego firmy GM COLOR, na rzecz podjęcia prac badawczych nad innowacyjnymi rozwiązaniami produktowymi oraz procesowymi, przeznaczonymi do dalszej komercjalizacji we własnej działalności gospodarczej Wnioskodawcy.Przedmiotem projektu jest doposażenie zaplecza badawczo-rozwojowego firmy GM COLOR o niezbędną aparaturę, która pozwoli na zwiększenie potencjału badawczego firmy, szczególnie na rzecz realizacji badań nad znacząco udoskonalonymi produktami, które zdefiniowano w ramach Agendy badawczej.Zakres projektu obejmuje nabycie środków trwałych - sprzętu badawczego, niezbędnego do podjęcia badań wskazanych w Agendzie, tj.:- aparatura do badań starzeniowych- laboratoryjna stacjonarna dwu-walcarka- prasa laboratoryjna- aparatura do skaningowej kalorymetrii różnicowej (DSC)- piknometr gazowy- aparatura do pomiarów wytrzymałościowych- spektrometr rentgenowski z dyspersją długości fali WDXRF- spektrometr FT-IR z przystawką odbiciową ATRWskazana powyżej aparatura służyć będzie prowadzeniu prac B+R na rzecz opracowywania innowacji na poziomie procesowym i produktowym.Dodatkowo w wyniku realizacji projektu planuje się utworzenie nowych stanowisk pracy (2,5 EPC) dla kadry wspierającej prowadzenie prac badawczych (laboranci).Rezultatem niniejszego projektu będzie opracowanie innowacji produktowych oraz procesowych, wprowadzonych przez Wnioskodawcę w wyniku zrealizowania wspartego projektu, w postaci udoskonalonych wyrobów. Wartością dodaną operacji będzie zwiększenie aktywności Wnioskodawcy na rynkach międzynarodowych, osiągnięte poprzez opracowanie oraz wdrożenie innowacyjnych wyrobów, wykazujących szereg przewag konkurencyjnych, w odniesieniu do aktualnej oferty rynkowej.
