Celem projektu Fundusz Badań i Wdrożeń jest wzmocnienie konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstw na terenie województwa kujawsko-pomorskiego w wyniku wsparcia prowadzenia prac badawczo-rozwojowych przez przedsiębiorstwa oraz wsparcia uzyskania ochrony własności przemysłowej. Projekt realizowany jest w partnerstwie, a swoim zasięgiem obejmie całe województwo kujawsko-pomorskie. Podmiotami realizującymi projekt są instytucje otoczenia biznesu (IOB) mające siedziby na terytorium województwa oraz dysponujące wiedzą i doświadczeniem umożliwiającym im realizację projektu. Są to Kujawsko-Pomorska Agencja Innowacji sp. z. o. o. (Lider projektu) oraz Toruńska Agencja Rozwoju Regionalnego S.A. (Partner). Przewiduje się udzielania wsparcia w formie dotacji bezzwrotnych na: a) prowadzenie prac badawczo-rozwojowych przez przedsiębiorstwa, które obejmują badania przemysłowe i eksperymentalne prace rozwojowe lub ich dowolne połączenie - moduł 1, b) pokrycie kosztów związanych ze zgłoszeniem do właściwego organu wynalazku, wzoru użytkowego lub wzoru przemysłowego w celu uzyskania ochrony przyznawanej przez krajowe, regionalne, unijne lub międzynarodowe organy ochrony własności przemysłowej, a także prowadzenie analiz czystości patentowej (tzw. bon na patent) - moduł 2. Dofinansowanie mogą otrzymać wyłącznie przedsiębiorstwa, prowadzące działalność gospodarczą oraz mające siedzibę lub oddział na terenie województwa kujawsko-pomorskiego. Warunkiem otrzymania dofinansowania będzie komercjalizacja wyników prac B+R. Ponadto dofinansowane przedsięwzięcie musi być realizowane na terenie województwa kujawsko-pomorskiego oraz wpisywać się w założenia regionalnej strategii inteligentnej specjalizacji województwa kujawsko-pomorskiego. Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie od 01.2016 do 06.2018 r. W tym okresie planowane są nabory wnioskodawców grantów, których efektem ma być co najmniej 49 wspartych przedsięwzięć. Całkowita szacowana wartość projektu wynosi 48 845 528,83 zł. (Polish)

The aim of the project The Research and Implementation Fund is to strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie voivodship as a result of support for R & D by enterprises and support for obtaining protection of industrial property. The project is implemented in partnership and will cover the entire Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship. Entities implementing the project are business environment institutions (IOBs) located in the territory of the voivodship and have the knowledge and experience enabling them to implement the project. These are Kujawsko-Pomeranian Innovation Agency sp. z. o. o. (project leader) and Toruńska Agency for Regional Development S.A. (Partner). Support shall be provided in the form of non-refundable grants for: the carrying out of research and development by undertakings which include industrial research and experimental development or any combination thereof – Module 1, (b) to cover the costs related to the application to the competent authority of the invention, utility design or industrial design in order to obtain protection granted by national, regional, Union or international industrial property authorities, as well as conducting patent purity analyses (so-called patent voucher) – Module 2. Only companies conducting economic activities and established or branched out in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship may receive funding. In addition, the co-financed project must be implemented in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodship and be part of the regional strategy of intelligent specialisation of Kujawsko-Pomorskie voivodship. The project will be implemented in the period from 01.2016 to 06.2018. During this period, calls for grant applicants are planned to result in at least 49 supported projects. The total estimated value of the project is PLN 48 845 528.83. (English)
