The project assumes the implementation of the Long-term Development Strategy for the years 2017-2021, which results in the implementation of marketing, organizational and process innovation in our company. Through the comprehensive implementation of these innovations, it will be possible to achieve the objectives of: — increasing the competitiveness of the company both on the domestic and international markets, – strengthening the position of our company in Poland and abroad, – interest in offering and attracting new domestic and foreign customers, – increasing the level of sales of our products, – increasing revenues and improving the company’s profitability as a result of promoting our company’s offer on foreign and domestic markets, – adapting the offer to the requirements of customers, – increasing brand recognition and increasing its reputation – acquiring new co-operators to jointly create offers. The strategy was developed for the years 2017-2021 by the owner of the company and describes the main objectives to be achieved by our company in the next few years. On the basis of many years of experience, actions have been planned that will contribute to our further development. We are mainly going to focus on the intensive promotion and advertising of our company in order to attract new customers, including mainly foreign customers and increase the export of our products abroad. We intend to take part in prestigious international trade fairs in countries such as the Czech Republic, Germany, Slovakia, Hungary and Poland. Each of these events is international and offers great opportunities to promote our brand and strengthen the company’s position in the international arena. Promotional activities will also include advertising in national industry journals and on the websites of each of the countries where we participate in the trade fairs. As part of the project, we will also use IT services aimed at modernising our website and introducing (English)

    Projekt zakłada realizację Długoterminowej Strategii Rozwoju na lata 2017-2021, co niesie za sobą wdrożenie w naszej firmie innowacji marketingowej, organizacyjnej oraz procesowej. Dzięki kompleksowemu wdrożeniu tych innowacji będzie możliwa realizacja założonych celów: - zwiększanie konkurencyjności firmy zarówno na rynku krajowym jak i międzynarodowym, - wzmocnienie pozycji naszego przedsiębiorstwa w kraju i za granicą, - zainteresowanie ofertą i pozyskanie nowych klientów krajowych i zagranicznych, - wzrost poziomu sprzedaży naszych produktów, - wzrost przychodów i poprawa rentowności firmy z tytułu promowania oferty naszej firmy na rynkach zagranicznych i rynku krajowym, - dostosowanie oferty do wymagań odbiorców, - zwiększenie rozpoznawalności marki i podniesienie jej renomy - pozyskanie nowych kooperantów do wspólnego tworzenia ofert. Strategia została opracowana na lata 2017-2021 przez właściciela firmy i opisuje główne cele jakie ma za zadanie osiągnąć nasza firma w ciągu najbliższych kilku lat. Na podstawie wieloletniego doświadczenia zostały zaplanowane działania, które przyczynią se do naszego dalszego rozwoju. Głównie zamierzamy skupić się na intensywnej promocji i reklamie naszego przedsiębiorstwa w celu pozyskania nowych klientów, w tym głownie zagranicznych i zwiększeniu eksportu naszych produktów za granicę. Zamierzamy wziąć udział w prestiżowych międzynarodowych targach zagranicznych w krajach takich jak Czechy, Niemcy, Słowacja, Węgry i Polska. Każda z tych imprez ma charakter międzynarodowy i daje duże możliwości na wypromowanie naszej marki i umocnienie pozycji przedsiębiorstwa na arenie międzynarodowej. Działania promocyjne będą polegały również na zamieszczeniu reklam w krajowych czasopismach branżowych oraz na witrynach internetowych każdego z krajów będących miejscem naszego udziału w targach.
