The last years of the Company’s activities focus on attracting new clients from the hospital and medical industry. It was the close cooperation between the entrepreneur and health care units, including mainly large hospital centres, which was a direct motivation to decide whether to implement the concept of this project. The co-owners of the Company, as a contractor of many investments in computerisation and construction of IT networks, noted that the health care system in Poland is undergoing strong changes. The reality of the functioning of medical facilities is changing, although their aim remains to provide the highest quality health services. Fundamental changes concern the methods of managing these establishments. Thus, despite the constant search for ways to reduce operating costs and increase competitiveness, the main objective of health care facilities, namely the provision of high-quality medical services, has not changed. Therefore, it is so important in these facilities to manage them at a really high level. Today, however, this is impossible without the support of specialised IT solutions. Therefore, market resources have been analysed in this direction and it is recognised that there is currently a lack of highly specialised system solutions to support the operation of medical units, including large hospitals specialised in the management of health research projects, taking into account the technological capabilities of their support and automation. The need to develop staff working in the broadly understood healthcare sector, improving the quality and efficiency of research projects carried out, adapting the profile of the work carried out to the needs of society requires the development of increasingly more efficient methods and systems for knowledge management and information flow. In this respect, information technologies provide new opportunities. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Potrzeba rozwoju kadry zatrudnionej w szeroko rozumianej służbie zdrowia, podnoszenia jakości i efektywności realizowanych projektów badawczych, dostosowania profilu realizowanych prac do zapotrzebowania społecznego wymaga tworzenia coraz doskonalszych, bardziej wydajnych metod i systemów zarządzania wiedzą oraz obiegiem informacji. W tym zakresie technologie informatyczne dostarczają nowych możliwości. (Polish)
