The subject of the project is the creation of a bioeconomic laboratory “BioInLab” to provide innovative R & D services. The analysis of the R & D infrastructure needs showed the need for this project. The acquired infrastructure will provide comprehensive services ranging from idea to prototype with analysis of commercial potential and implementation plan. The project will be implemented in the period 1.01.2019 to 31.12.2020. The investment will be carried out on the basis of the following tasks within which the material scope will be realised: — task no. 1 Construction works related to adapting the facility to the needs of the laboratory – execution of construction works related to the modernisation of the facility and adapting it to the needs of the laboratory and acquisition of design documentation – task no. 2 Acquisition of laboratory equipment – acquisition of fixed assets and intangible assets necessary to provide pro-innovative services in the bioeconomic laboratory – task no. 3 Project management – remuneration of the project manager. The project will be implemented on its own. The beneficiary, Operator and Investor of the project is the University of Economics in Wrocław. The target group of the project is entrepreneurs from Lower Silesia. According to the Guidelines, the sustainability of the project will be maintained for a minimum period of 5 years from the date of receipt of the final payment. The implementation of the project will contribute to: increase the R & D potential of Lower Silesia companies, provide a market niche by offering an innovative R & D service consisting of developing a full research plan together with an assessment of commercialisation potential and implementation plan.     Przedmiotem projektu jest utworzenie laboratorium bioekonomicznego "BioInLab" w celu świadczenia innowacyjnych usług badawczo-rozwojowych. Analiza zapotrzebowania na infrastrukturę B+R wykazała zapotrzebowanie na realizację niniejszego projektu. Na nabytej infrastrukturze będą świadczone kompleksowe usługi od pomysłu do prototypu z analizą potencjału komercyjnego i planu wdrożenia. Projekt będzie realizowany w okresie 1.01.2019 do 31.12.2020 r. Inwestycja realizowana będzie w oparciu o następujące zadania w ramach których zostanie zrealizowany zakres rzeczowy: - zadanie nr 1 Roboty budowlane związane z dostosowaniem obiektu do potrzeb laboratorium - wykonanie prac budowlanych związanych z modernizacją obiektu i przystosowaniem go do potrzeb laboratorium oraz nabycie dokumentacji projektowej - zadanie nr 2 Nabycie wyposażenia laboratorium - nabycie środków trwałych i wartości niematerialnych i prawnych niezbędnych do świadczenia proinnowacyjnych usług w laboratorium bioekonomicznym - zadanie nr 3 Zarządzanie projektem - wynagrodzenie kierownika projektu. Projekt realizowany będzie samodzielnie. Beneficjentem, Operatorem i Inwestorem projektu jest Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny we Wrocławiu. Grupą docelową przedmiotowego projektu są przedsiębiorcy z Dolnego Śląska. Zgodnie z Wytycznymi trwałość projektu zostanie zachowana przez okres minimum 5 lat od momentu otrzymania płatności końcowej.
