The project entitled “Knowing, Learning, Wanting” involves the development of an education programme for the elderly in cooperation with the four third-century universities: in Słupsk, Ustka, Bytów and Człuchów, as well as by local self-government units, i.e. The Municipality of Bytów and the Municipality of Człuchów. The education programme will be tailored to the needs of older people, with proposals for interesting activities extending general knowledge, specialist knowledge and the development of interests. UTW listeners will develop their competences to stimulate educational and cultural activity, social activation, broadening general knowledge, specialised knowledge and the development of interests, as well as to prevent social exclusion.The programme will contain 8 modules, e.g. developing general knowledge in such fields of science as: astronomy, biology, chemistry, ethnography, philosophy as well as theatre activities, travel club, leader’s school or historical section will participate in the project.The project will be attended by 420 listeners and listeners from the University of the Third Age, including:- 50 people from Bytow, 100 people from Człuchów,-120 people from Ustka, 150 people from Słupsk.The classes will take place at the University of Warsaw, using the infrastructure resources of the Pomeranian Academy (laboratory, halls, etc.) (English) | |||||||||||||||

Projekt pt.,, Wiedzieć, umieć, chcieć obejmuje opracowanie programu kształcenia dla osób starszych we współpracy z czterema Uniwersytetami Trzeciego Wieku: w Słupsku, Ustce, Bytowie i Człuchowie oraz zaopiniowany przez jednostki samorządu terytorialnego tj. Gminę Bytów i Gminę Miejską Człuchów. Program kształcenia będzie dostosowany do potrzeb osób starszych, z propozycjami ciekawych zajęć poszerzających wiedzę ogólną, specjalistyczną i rozwój zainteresowań. Słuchacze/czki UTW rozwiną swoje kompetencje pozwalających na pobudzenie aktywności edukacyjnej i kulturalnej, aktywizację społeczną, poszerzanie wiedzy ogólnej, specjalistycznej i rozwój zainteresowań a także zapobiegną wykluczeniu społecznemu.Opracowany program będzie zawierał 8 modułów m.in. rozwijający ogólną wiedzę z takich dziedzin nauki jak: astronomia, biologia, chemia, etnografii, filozofii a także zajęcia teatralne, klub podróżnika, szkoła liderów czy sekcja historyczna.W projekcie uczestniczyć będzie 420 słuchaczy i słuchaczek Uniwersytetów Trzeciego Wieku , w tym:- 50 osób z Bytowa,-100 osób z Człuchowa,-120 osób z Ustki,-150 osób ze Słupska.Zajęcia odbywać się będą na Uczelni, z wykorzystaniem zasobów infrastrukturalnych Akademii Pomorskiej (laboratoria, sale dydaktyczne, aparatura naukowa) ale również w siedzibach poszczególnych Uniwersytetów Trzeciego Wieku.
