The main objective of the project is to create a new programme of professional, innovative activities for 432 people – young people (220K and 212M, 9 people with disabilities) aged 12-14, students of classes 7 and 8 in the Kujawsko-Pomeranian Voivodeship, which will contribute to the development of key competences for pupils, meeting the needs of the labour market, economy and society. The programme will be created by staff of the Faculty of Biology of the Nicolaus Copernicus University and in cooperation with the biology teacher of the formal partner – School Team of the Salesian College of Kuyavia in Aleksandrów Kuj (partner agreement dated 22.06.2018 and cooperation agreement with the Faculty of BiOŚ of 1.10.2016), and will be attended by students of the partner and the John Paul II Public High School in Kowalewa Pom (public cooperation agreement with the Faculty of Public Affairs). Jerzy Popiełuszko in Górsko (cooperation agreement with the Biosphere Department of 1.10.2016), Blessed Jute High School in Głuchów (cooperation agreement with the Biosphere Division on 26.09.2014) in the period 1.01.2019-31.12.2021. It is assumed that students, in the traction of classes at the Faculty of Biology within the project, will shape the research attitude, acquire skills in research techniques and creative development of the problem, as well as communication and interpersonal competences.This will contribute to:- social activation,- broadening general and specialised knowledge and development of interests,- stimulating educational activation,- prevention of social exclusion Main results:1. Number of persons who have raised competences within the framework of the activities of universities supported by the ESF – 347 persons.2-4.Number of people who have raised competences in the project in the scope of the programme included in module 1 or 2 or 3-3x 116 persons5. Number of people with disabilities who have increased the competences covered by the training programme in the project – 9 people Tasks:1. Module 1 Agro- and white biotechnology2. Celem głównym projektu jest stworzenie nowego programu profesjonalnych, innowacyjnych zajęć dla 432 osób - młodzieży (220K i 212M, 9 osób z niepełnosprawnością) w wieku 12-14 lat, uczniów klas 7 i 8 w woj. kujawsko-pomorskim, które przyczynią się do rozwoju u uczniów kompetencji kluczowych, odpowiadających potrzebom rynku pracy, gospodarki i społeczeństwa. Program zostanie stworzony przez pracowników nauk-dyd Wydziału BiOŚ UMK oraz przy współpracy z nauczyciellem biologii partnera formalnego-Zespołu Szkół Towarzystwa Salezjańskiego Kolegium Kujawskie w Aleksandrowie Kuj (umowa partnerska z dnia 22.06.2018 oraz umowa o współpracy z Wydziałem BiOŚ z dnia 1.10.2016), a uczestniczyć w nim będą uczniowie partnera oraz Publicznego Gimnazjum im. Jana Pawła II w Kowalewie Pom (umowa o współpracy z Wydziałem BiOŚ z dnia 1.10.2016), Publicznego Gimnazjum im. Ks. Jerzego Popiełuszki w Górsku (umowa o współpracy z Wydziałem BiOŚ z dnia 1.10.2016), Gimnazjum im. Błogosławionej Juty w Głuchowie (umowa o współpracy z Wydziałem BiOŚ dnia 26.09.2014) w okresie 1.01.2019-31.12.2021. Zakłada się, że uczniowie, w trakcje zajęć na Wydziale BiOŚ w ramach projektu, będą kształtować postawę badawczą, nabędą umiejętności z zakresu technik badawczych i twórczego rozwijania problemu oraz kompetencje komunikacyjne i interpersonalne.Przyczyni się to do:- aktywizacji społecznej,- poszerzenia wiedzy ogólnej i specjalistycznej oraz rozwój zainteresowań,- pobudzenia aktywizacji edukacyjnej,- zapobieganie społecznemu wykluczeniuGłówne rezultaty:1. Liczba osób, które podniosły kompetencje w ramach działań uczelni wspartych z EFS - 347 osoby.2 - 4.Liczba osób, które podniosły w projekcie kompetencje z zakresu programu zawartego w module 1 lub 2 lub 3 - 3x 116 os.5.
